Read more about the different profiles here; Trade fairs Showrooms Stockholm Shoe House consists of three floors with Swedish and international shoe brands. It is also the heart of the Swedish shoe industry and hosts varying events for buyers, store owners and their teams, as well as shoe producers and their trading partners. Stockholm Shoe House has grown organically and has been expanded five times to provide space for strong representatives from Sweden and the world since its foundation in 2009. Welcome to 4200 square meters and 56 showrooms that are open all year for booked meetings and during events. Stockholm Showroom consists of 10,000 square meters and 85 showrooms with Swedish and international fashion brands. In Stockholm Showroom business is being made, new contacts are connected and the fashion industry gains new skills in the form of current seminars. Fashion Business Days has been the meeting place for the fashion industry in Stockholm since its inception in February 2015. Established brands have found their expression and brands on their way forward meet with initiated buyers in the old car factory in Stockholm Fashion District. Fashion Business Days is an effective and vibrant business meeting place. Side by side with the showroom buildings and exhibition halls there are more showrooms that are part of Stockholm Fashion District. OPEN SHOWROOM Fashion Business Days is for brands that wish to meet customers togheter with other strong brands in the fashion industry. The fair serves as an open showroom to which all participants invite their customers and together help to increase the flow of visitors and your business. YOUR STAND The stand includes carpet, power plug, spotlights (1 per 4 sqm), separating walls between participants and storage for empty goods during the fair. It is your responsibility to notify the organizer of what you do not wish for. If you are planning to bring your own stand/builders, please inform us in advance so that we can plan better for your participation. SEGMENTS In order for our visitors to get a good overview of the fair, we work with three different segments - Fashion, Accessories and Lingerie. You will be placed in the segment that best corresond with your products. INFORMATION AND WALLS We work for an open and inviting environment. Our goal is to meet your wishes in every way. However, it is not always possible. Therefor we urge you to carefully study your stand confirmation and floor plan. Your walls are 1,5 meters high and are built all the way to the aisle. It is allowed to furnish up to the height of 1,5 meters all the way to the aisle. The organizer reserves the right to make restrictions in stands near the entrance in certain specific cases that may occur. It is not allowed to screw, paint or put wallpaper on the walls by yourselves. If you wish to personalize your stand, we recommend you to contact our building contractor ExpoService for help to choose the right products for you and not have to pay a fee for restoring the walls. It is allowed to cancel the black carpet and order or bring another type of carpet/floor. PACKAGE DEAL We offer a nice and easy option for you who want a professional and inviting stand but don t have the time to make an effort. Contact us and we will help you decide on the best option for you, whether it is to put you into contact with our builders at Exposervice or to pre-order a package deal. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER DEADLINE 20th OF APRIL? After we have received your application, we will contact you to get a clearer picture of your company / brand so that we can give you good opportunities for your participation. When submitting your application, we wish for you to attach both pictures of previous displays (if you are a new exhibitor with us) and marketing material for your brand. The next step is for you to book meetings with customers and make sure they come and visit you during the fair. Use your digital invitation, which will be sent to you by email. You can also market your participation by placing a banner that will be provided together with your confirmation in your e-mail footer or on your webpage or social media channels. We will follow up with suggestions on segmentation, details regarding your stand and the exhibitor information. Once you have received your stand confirmation, it is time to start planning your stand and if you do not have a finished concept yet, we offer you several solutions that make your participation easy. When your stand is ready, it is time to submit the marketing material that you have booked through us. Deadlines depend on what kind of marketing it is and you will get it in a separate mail. Carefully read all e-mails and newsletters from Stockholm Fashion District. Keep yourself and your staff updated on events, seminars and happenings for the fair week. Do not forget to rsvp.
