MASSAGE THERAPY PROMONTORY SIGNATURE MASSAGE Customize your massage with light, medium or deep pressure. The therapist uses various techniques to increase circulation, relieve stress, flush metabolic waste from muscles and promote overall health and wellness. SPA ETIQUETTE ARRIVAL Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to begin your relaxation and become acclimated to our calming environment. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time and the regular fee will apply. CANCELLATIONS If you must cancel, please honor our 4-hour advance cancellation policy. Cancellations made with less than a 4-hour notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. CLOTHING During treatments our therapists are trained to drape you appropriately for privacy. EMBRACE THE SILENCE Please speak softly throughout the Spa. For the comfort of all our guests, please turn off cell phones and electronic devices. CHILDREN As a courtesy to fellow members experiencing their service and for your own relaxation, we ask that you do not bring children into the Spa. GIFT CERTIFICATES We offer gift certificates for all occasions. Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable and will expire one year from date of purchase. APPOINTMENT TIMES Reservations are preferred, though not always necessary. We do recommend that you always reserve 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability of your desired service and time. GRATUITIES Gratuities are not included in the price of individual spa services and are at your discretion. PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We will gladly accept any retail return within 30 days of purchase and if accompanied by a receipt.
