Throughout, you will see Air Canada and Air Canada Jazz employees wearing their respective uniforms. The ties, scarves, brevets and insignia are different, but the standards for wearing the uniform remain the same for all.

1 Introduction Our Image Our Image is a part of our brand and influences customer perception and choice. Our uniform and appearance present an image that is a key element of the Air Canada or Air Canada Jazz brands. While in uniform, you represent Air Canada or Air Canada Jazz. We want to project a neat, clean, and professional image. Adhering to the grooming standards and wearing the uniform as intended conveys a consistent look and brand experience.

2 Introduction Our Standards The purpose of a uniform is to create a standard look that can be recognized no matter where you work. Customers expect to see a consistent brand image. It is therefore essential that grooming standards are adhered to and that uniform components are worn according to company policies. It is your personal responsibility to appear immaculate while wearing the company uniform. Please use common sense and follow the grooming standards detailed in this guide. Grooming standards respect safety and hygiene criteria. Grooming practices and articles of clothing, jewellery or other accessories that are essential to the practice of an employee s religion or that are closely associated with an employee s cultural identity, will be accommodated where reasonably possible, considering Air Canada s or Air Canada Jazz s legitimate safety requirements. The uniform should fit comfortably and not be too tight or too loose. Alterations for a comfortable fit may be made, however any alterations to the style of the uniform are not acceptable. For more information on alterations and special uniform services, please refer to http://aircanada.vfimagewear.com or http://jazz.vfimagewear.com ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE STYLE OF THE UNIFORM ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE
