To apply use fingertips and apply to the entire face, allow to dry before applying foundation Factors to considering when choosing your Foundation 1. Shade match skin tone Cool undertones will have pinkish tones with blue veins and generally gravitate to silver jewellery. They typically burn easily and tan minimally. The opposite is true of warm undertones, they have more yellowy tones with green veins and will gravitate towards gold jewellery. If you re not sure which category you fall into you are probably neutral 2. Coverage sheer, medium or full coverage Personal Preference 3. Finish Matte, Dewy or Satin Personal Preference Some of the Products available Liquid or cream most popular on market more colour options available as result. Can be oil free, oil based, waterproof, best for dry skin types. Easy to blend but will appear cakey when applied wrong and can lodge in wrinkles and pores making them appear more prominent. Mineral Contains zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, iron oxides ground into tiny particles to form the makeup. Has a natural SPF because of the ingredients but not enough to use on its own. Great for anyone with skin conditions needing a natural makeup, coverage can be built up Powder come in loose and in compact form and available in many shades. Can be used to set your liquid foundation or higher pigment products as foundation on their own. most suitable for oily skin Tinted moisturiser very light coverage best for good fresh skin and good in summer months BB & CC creams an all in one product that primes, covers, moisturises and protects. Only offers light coverage and because they are so new to the market they are only available in a limited amount of colours

Application Start at the corner of your nose Work out and down (in the direction of the hair growth) Blend product outwards (blending along jawline) Work on one side of the face at a time Opposite side of nose Work out and down (in direction of the hair growth) Blend foundation lightly over chin Work up the nose toward forehead Work product up and blend carefully into hair line (use minimal products to ensure even natural looking blending) Setting Increases longevity of makeup Reduces shine so great for oil skin types Softer finish for foundation Allows for easier application of powder blushers, bronzers and highlighters Available in translucent and pigmented powders and in compact or loose Be aware of the amount of product you are using less is more Also available in setting sprays use sparingly Practice Practice Practice!!!
