These can be based on your own supplied ideas or you can choose from our range of pre-designs. FINAL APPROVAL Once your design and sizes are confirmed we will send you a final order approval form and tax invoice for the deposit. All details included on this form need to be checked thoroughly before the final sign off. This includes; spelling and grammar, names/nicknames, sizes and designs. Once all the information on the form is 100% correct, it must be signed and emailed, faxed or posted back to us. A 50% deposit payment is required for your order to commence into the production stage. DELIVERY Once your order is complete we will contact you to arrange delivery and the remaining balance of your order will need to be paid. Once the final payment has been received your order will be despatched and you will now be able to enjoy your fantastic new Leavers Gear. Note: If using direct internet transfer for your deposit payment please use your school name in the payment description area.

Can Nelson Leavers Gear help us with garment designs? Yes, Nelson Leavers Gear has a team of designers who can assist you with design ideas and provide you with visuals for your garment decoration. What are the limitations with a custom made garment? If you get a custom made garment you can choose whatever fabric and colours you desire. We can use embroidery, screen printing and thermal application techniques to apply your garment designs to the front, back and sleeves of your garment. If you choose a sublimated garment, the sky s the limit for designs and colours. Our team can help guide you through building the best type of custom garment to suit your requirements. How many characters can a nickname have? There is a maximum number of 12 characters for nicknames in either upper case, lower case, numbers or symbols. What are our payment options? We accept EFT, cheque, Visa, Mastercard and cash as forms of payment. Can we get sample size kits and do they cost anything? Yes, we can provide you with a sample size kit for the garment type you choose, free of charge. Once you have finished with the size samples let us know and we will arrange to collect them.
