We guarantee that all breeding cattle sold by S F Farms, Inc. are fertile at the time of the sale. To guarantee buyer satisfaction, the seller guarantees that all bulls are breeders for a period of 90 days following the turn out with the buyer s herd. A bull that settles a cow by natural service and passes a fertility test performed by a veterinarian will be considered a breeder. We will provide a satisfactory replacement (if available) or issue credit at a future S F Farms, Inc. sale equal to the bull s purchase price less salvage value. If a problem arises, please contact S F Farms, Inc. before you cull the animal so that arrangements can be made. This guarantee will not replace a dead animal if it is killed or dies for any reason. We suggest normal care needs to be exercised for any animal purchased and that yearling bulls not be allowed to get too thin. We have some made some changes in the way we are running our sale this year. We had a lot of positive feedback from the bull sale, so we are planning to continue. We truly appreciate the help of Ron & Christy and the opportunity to use their facility. We are offering a young set of females in this year s Production Sale. We continue to work hard to produce easy fleshing females, that are docile, have excellent maternal characteristics, with longevity that will be a productive part of your program for years to come. We strive to focus on our genetic base through all the information we have available through the Angus Association. We have been a member of the AHIR (Angus Herd Improvement Records) for several years, which provides us with the opportunity to continually improve our performance. This year has certainly been one for the books, trade agreements, fake meat, drought and flood. It is truly amazing how those of us in agriculture are very different from other people, and if you are not a part of it on a day to day basis its hard to understand what are lives are like. Maybe we are just too stubborn to give up, but not doing it doesn t seem to cross our mind. We continue to strive to improve what the generations before us have developed.
