Promotional Items for Coastal Alabama Community College Specifications for the Bid: This bid will be awarded based on specific items. Therefore, multiple vendors may be awarded for the various items listed on the following pages. Vendors must write in quotes in the table provided pertaining to the various promotional items. A copy of the College s Brand Guide is enclosed. This Guide shows all approved logos of the College. The College should have one designated account manager to order items awarded. Multiple employees at the College will be ordering based on the results of this bid. The vendor acknowledges the following order protocol: 1. The employee at the College works with the vendor to establish artwork. 2. The employee sends an approved purchase order to the vendor for the quantity of item requested. 3. The vendor places the order based on the purchase order. 4. After receiving the items ordered, the vendor will invoice the employee/college and will be paid after proof of production and invoice are submitted. No payments can be made prior to receiving an item due to state law. All delivery and shipping charges must be included in the quotes by the vendor. Additionally, there is no loading dock to unload large orders. All orders must be hand- trucked into the facilities for delivery. All delivery drivers and companies must be made aware of this by the vendor. The strict delivery schedule is below: The vendor will turn around all products within three weeks (15 business days) of the final approval of the proofs (if applicable) from the College.
