SPA ETIQUETTE As you enter our realm of tranquillity, we ask you to keep noise to a minimum and respect the privacy of others. Before your massage begins, please inform your therapist of any areas that need to be avoided. During your treatment, please let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort or if you would like the pressure to be increased or decreased. For your comfort and privacy, throughout any of your treatments, non-treated areas will be draped with a sheet. PLAN AHEAD Vomo Spa is open from 10am to 7pm with the last treatment finishing at 7pm. In Villa treatments are available from 10am and the last In Villa treatment ends at 6pm. Advance booking are recommended to ensure your preferred date and time of treatment is available, however walk-ins will be accommodated when possible. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to check in. CANCELLATION POLICY If you wish to reschedule your reservation, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance. The cancellation of treatments or packages with less than 4 hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Full charges will apply for a no show. All prices are quoted in Fijian Dollars and are subjected to a service charge and applicable government taxes. Prices are subject to charge without prior notice.
