Each participant will receive a schedule in the mail shortly before the event (also available online). There are no concessions at the school. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks but please be respectful of the facilities and keep them at the tables in the commons area. The stage will be available during the morning for public fashion revue practice. There will be a script book on the podium to read through to check your script(s) for accuracy. Please take advantage of having someone come with you to read your script as you practice on stage. If you modeled multiple outfits for judging you must also select which outfit you will be modeling in the Public Revue. (You may model one outfit from the clothing construction division and one outfit from the buymanship division. However, if you are modeling two buymanship fashion revue outfits and/or two constructed fashion revue outfits for judging, you will then need to choose which outfit you will be modeling at the public fashion show.) Cross out the script(s) that correspond to the outfit(s) you will not model in the Public Style Show. The Public Fashion Revue will be held on July 08, 2:30 p.m., El Dorado High School. In order to receive your prize money you must exhibit your outfit at the Butler County Fair as follows: (A) One buymanship outfit per exhibitor, regardless of ribbon placing, MUST be displayed at the Butler County Fair. (B) All constructed garments modeled must also be judged in the construction division & displayed at the Butler County Fair. (C) Champion and Reserve Champion outfits from all divisions (construction & buymanship) MUST be displayed at the Butler County Fair. Check in at the table inside the front doors (East side of building) of El Dorado High School in advance of your assigned time. There you will receive a label with your entry number. Attach the number to the right side of your outfit in a place easy for the judges to see. Constructed garments that are modeled for fashion revue must be entered in construction judging that immediately follows the modeling. Change in an assigned dressing room and report to your judging room with your completed scorecard (including photo) & entry card at least 10 minutes prior to your assigned time. Please check the call-back list (those who have been awarded purple ribbons) once your entire room has completed judging. Participants on the call-back list will then model as a group for the judges and the Champion and Reserve Champion entries will be selected from this group. To find out your placing and receive your ribbon, you MUST participate in the Public Fashion Revue that afternoon at 2:30 p.m., El Dorado High School.
