And observe the changes before operation and the changes that happened in fluorescence staining FL tear break-up time BUT and SchirmerⅠ test SIT after the operation for one week one month three months and six months.results After the operation for one week and one month we can see the dot dyeing of corneal epithelium of the FL of both group LASIK and group SBK and the number of corneal staining in group LASIK was more.the statisti nmghhzhx@ 163.com

2 cal results were of statistically significance and the proportion of the number of corneal staining eyes of two groups in the three months and six months after operation was not statistically significant.in the two groups the difference was statistically significant between the two groups in the one week one month and three months after the BUT operation.and LASIK group has a shorter breakup time of tear film and the SBK group enjoys a shorter recovery time.however there was no significant difference between the two groups in the six months after operation.the SIT experiment results of the patients in two groups shows that the comparative difference of the two groups in the one week and three months after operation was of statistically significant.and the SBK group has a shorter recovery time of tear secretion function while the data in the six months after operation was not statistically significant. Conclusion The Mongolian patients in Inner Mongolian are all tend to cause dry eye syndrome with different levels after the SBK operation and LASIK operation.and compare to those patients who accepted LASIK operation those patients who accepted SBK operation enjoys a shorter recovery time.
