7 The lighting collection Lighting was where it all started. The very irst product launched under the name Normann Copenhagen was the iconic Norm 69 self-assembly lamp, and for more than 15 years we have worked with skilled designers to create superb lighting designs. Today, we have a wide selection of styles that can accommodate lighting needs of both commercial projects and private homes. Ranging from sculptural eyecatchers to versatile classics, the lighting collection offers table lamps, pendants, wall lamps, chandeliers and loor lamps for the living room, bedroom, ofice space, lobby, restaurant and much more. Besides form, material and color choices, the way the light underlines the interior setting is just as important to us. 8 8 Grant pendant The Grant pendant lamps in two sizes provide ample opportunity for lighting up spaces of various size and character. The simple design works well in a singular application as well as multiplied over a larger area, or used in combination with other lamps from the series. 12 12 Amp pendant Simon Legald has designed a sophisticated range of lamps called Amp. The idea for the lamps came to him when he was restoring an old 1960 s radio at home. The tube ampliier from the old radio inspired him to create the simple oval shape, just as the name Amp refers to the English term: tube ampliier. Amp has a nostalgic and at the same time, contemporary feel. Design by Simon Legald

16 16 Amp chandelier The show-stopping Amp chandelier is built up around a central steel cylinder, from which small arms grow out to form a voluminous oval shape. Each arm is crowned by a miniature version of the Amp table lamp, which by virtue of repetition breathes life into a sculptural and dramatic lamp. The characteristic lampshades are illuminated by recessed LED bulbs, creating an impressive play of light when gathered in the chandelier. Design by Simon Legald

18 18 Bell The Bell lamp gets its name from its characteristic bell shape. It has a simple design, but makes its mark with its eye-catching ixture, which forms a central part of the design. The white inner side relects the light, which falls like a cone and provides good lighting over the dining table, for example. Design by Andreas Lund and Jacob Rudbeck

22 22 Local The Local lamp has grown out of the mood in simple bars and relaxed restaurants, where pools of light beneath suspended lampshades create atmospheric social spots. With this ambience as his point of departure, designer Jonas Wagell has created an understated pendant lamp with a simple and welcoming silhouette. Spun lampshades traditionally have a metal fold at the edge to reinforce their shape. In Local, this component is highlighted to become the main character of the design. The lamp is intended for both domestic and public environments and can be used either on its own or spread over a larger space. Design by Jonas Wagell

24 24 Ikono The Ikono pendant lamp is based on the Danish lighting tradition, but the designer has stripped the design down to its essence and eliminated any unnecessary components and screws. This gives Ikono both a soft and graphic feel. The lamp is made up of a cone-shaped glass cylinder and two colored steel shades in matching tones, which rest on the glass. The light is directed by the top shade while the lower shade ensures anti-dazzle. Design by Simon Legald

26 26 Bau In German, Bau means construction, and it is exactly the Bau lamp s construction that creates its intriguing expression of harmonious disharmonics. The sculptural design is based on interlocking circles, sticking out in all directions. The pattern of the Bau lamp is broken up by the discs colors, sizes and off-center linkages, making the lamp lively and organic in its appearance. Design by Vibeke Fonnesberg Schmidt

28 28 Norm 69 In 1969, Simon Karkov designed his visionary, futuristic lamp, which consists of 69 parts. Norm 69 is a strong and lexible lamp that fully utilises the light effect without causing glare. It can withstand excessive temperature swings and can be put together without tools or glue. This success is attributable to the lamp s aesthetic and characteristic design, which looks attractive in any home. Design by Simon Karkov

30 30 Norm 03 Norm 03 is a modern lampshade consisting of 39 pieces, which is easy to assemble without the need for any tools or glue. Two long foil strips fold in and out of each other in a snake-like pattern, creating, in their own way, order from chaos. The organic shape kindles memories of the sixties and when lit, Norm 03 provides a sculptural light effect on the wall. Design by Britt Kornum

32 32 Norm 06 Norm 06 is a decorative self-assembly lampshade with poetic character. The design is inspired by lowers, in particular by lilies and water lilies. Norm 06 nicely follows the Danish design tradition for lampshades with its shielding of the bulb and the soft light. Design by Simon Karkov

34 34 Norm 12 The Norm 12, named after the year 2012 when the lamp was designed, is a self-assembly lamp in a soft and organic shape. Nature and lowers have been a constant source of inspiration for Simon Karkov and the resemblance to a lower is clear when looking at the Norm 12 lamp s curved, leaf-like components. Norm 12 spreads a mild and diffused light, which is dispersed through the lamp s rounded silhouette. Design by Simon Karkov

37 37 Eddy Eddy, the table lamp, is an art of proportion: an airy shade loats above a weighty, organic base, creating a design in balance and motion. Eddy consists of a plane steel screen with integrated LED light source and a base of hand turned Italian marble. A golden brass ball connects the two elements, allowing the shade to be tipped around the base to control the direction of the light. The table lamp emits a soft light, which can be adjusted with the circular brass dimmer that forms a reined detail on the lampshade s top. Design by Simon Legald

41 41 Amp table lamp Amp is characterized by its high-quality materials of glass, brass and marble that add a visual fragility and sensuous heaviness. The designer has visually highlighted the way the delicate shade rests on the socket. 44 44 Grant table lamp The soft curvature of the Grant table lamp s slender metal arm is as delicate as it is sturdy. A ball joint connecting the lampshade and arm makes it possible to tilt the lampshade up and down to adjust the direction of the light. With a scroll on the cord s dimmer switch, the light easily regulates from soft ambience lighting to a bright direct light suitable for reading. The Grant table lamp is a sophisticated desk lamp for hotel rooms or home ofices, but equally it for the bedside table or living room sideboard. Design by Simon Legald

46 46 Cap In spite of its simple, geometrical shape, Cap oozes with personality. The inspiration is drawn from the cartoon character Calimero, a charming little chicken with an eggshell on its head, which gave the idea for the large, semi-circular lampshade. The shade is rotatable, making it possible to direct the light. This makes Cap functional as a reading lamp, for spreading a lot of light, or to create a cozy lighting atmosphere. 50 50 Acrobat French designer Marc Venot has created an innovative table lamp that can be placed both vertically and horizontally in a vast number of positions. The intelligent design consists of two parts: a cone-shaped base and an oblong LED light source that are held together by magnets only. This allows Acrobat to adopt almost magical positions. 52 52 Shelter Shelter is a simple, characterful table lamp that emits a cozy light onto its surroundings. 66 66 Stage A lively expression meets complete functionality in the Stage loor lamp. Stage is inspired by professional spotlights, as used in ilm production and photo shoots. 69 69 Grant wall lamp Wall-mounted lighting is an aesthetic and space-optimizing solution, and the Grant series offers the choice of two lexible designs. With arms that move from right to left and lampshades that can be tipped up and down, the lamps can take up several different positions. The short-armed Grant wall lamp is well suited as a bedside lamp, for lighting up a hallway, or placed over a kitchen counter. 72 72 Rise Rise is an uncomplicated and versatile wall lamp. Strict lines are gently softened by stumpy sections, creating an attractive blend of a minimalistic design and a friendly appearance. The lamp consists of a base and a cylindrical shade, which are held together by a turning joint, making it possible to rotate the shade around the base to adjust the direction of the light.
