These scraps are collected, separated, broken into fiber, spun into thread and woven into fabric. After this new recycled fabric is dyed, we turn it into chef apparel. It s not quite as simple as it sounds, but you won t believe the end result. Not Organic Recycled Unlike the manufacturing of organic fabric that still puts demands on our environment, our new greentab line utilizes 20% post consumer waste. This means that we proportionally increase or decrease the size of a pattern while maintaining the shape, fit, balance and styling details.
