We kindly ask for you to arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment as a late arrival will mean your treatment thyme will be refused or unable to be honoured to you. All appointments require at least 24 hours notice before cancelling your appointment. Short notice cancellation or missed appointments will be charged at 50% of treatment cost.
