Select products like those from act ion de Gala line which are not overpackaged. Use the Web to shop and research. This way, you can avoid the clutter of catalogues and brochures in your drawers and recycling bin. Do you take the time to provide thorough explanations to your clientele, and answer their questions? Have you ever considered that if your clients decide to interrupt their electroepilation treatments, maybe it is because they have not received sufficient information on their treatment, and thus, you might have neglected the most important aspect of your work? The principal reason clients abandon treatment is because of lack of information. It is easy to imagine that if you do not inform your clients on what is electroepilation, the growth phases of a hair, the importance of regularly scheduled treatments and postepilatory care, it is quite likely that your clients will not be satisfied with the service you are providing. I often heard electrologists complain that clients do not respect their appointments. Perhaps these professionals should consider that a client that has not received a complete consultation cannot be aware of the fact that respecting their appointments can reduce the total length of treatment. If, however, you explain in detail the factors that will increase the effectiveness of the treatments you provide, your clients will have a better idea of the nature of the treatment and will be more inclined to participate in its success. They will not have unrealistic expectations, will not be disappointed and will not put an end to the treatment. The consultation is an important step in electroepilation treatments, since it helps establish a relation of trust and confidence between the electrologist and the client. This step requires only 45 minutes (an information session of 30 minutes, and a 15-minute trial epilation), and constitutes a long-term investment for your business, since an informed client is a loyal and regular client. What goes on during a consultation? It is essential to take the time to sit down with your client and fill out the technical file yourself, while providing the necessary information and explanations. The file will help you compile information obtained before and during each treatment session, making it possible to keep track of the evolution and treatment history of a client. In short, a consultation will allow you to demonstrate your professionalism, plan treatment sessions more appropriately, be attentive to the needs of your client, and above all, avoid client dissatisfaction and treatment interruption So why on earth would you neglect consulting your clientele!
