We look forward to peace, happiness, and joy but for many it can also bring additional stress. Give yourself time away from it all to decompress, and give your mind and body the rest it needs. At least once a week, do one of the following: Take a bath, go to the spa, do yoga, or take a quiet walk. 2. Say No. Too often we re compelled to say yes when we shouldn t. Know your limits, and don t beat yourself up for kindly saying No, thank you. 3. De-stress and Shop at the Same Time. Take time out for a facial, pedicure, or massage.
