14 IMPORTANT INFORMATION Booking Please book your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure that the time that you require is available. A credit card number or voucher details may be requested at the time of your booking. Patch testing and allergies If you have not had a tint, perm or tan with us before it is essential that you call in at least 24 hours before your appointment for a patch test. If you have any allergies or sensitivities please make us aware before your treatment so that we may tailor your treatment. Arrival Please arrive ten minutes before your treatment so that you may fill out our consultation form. Please note that these forms are confidential and any medical conditions must be noted in order for us to ensure that the treatment is suitable for you. Please note that if you are late for an appointment we will need to complete your treatment in the allotted time in consideration of the next guest. The time reduced treatment will be charged at the original price. Cancellation policy Thank you for your valued custom which is very important to us. We must, with respect draw your attention to our policy regarding missed or cancelled appointments which we ask you to observe; Any cancellation of a treatment must be notified at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment. All cancellations received after this time will be charged at the full rate. Non-arrival for treatments will also incur full costs being charged. Parking We have ample free customer parking available behind the salon. Gift Vouchers Beauty at the Bay gift vouchers make an excellent present and are available for all treatments/ monetary amounts. They can either be purchased directly from the salon or over the phone and mailed directly to you or the recipient. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. They must be presented at time of use. Please ask for further details.
