Section 4- First Aid Measures Eye Contact: Rinse well with plenty of running water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention if irritation persists. Skin Contact: Soap and water can be used to remove the product from the skin. If skin irritation persists, call a physician Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Clean mouth with water and drink afterwards plenty of water. Call a Physician or Poison Control Center immediately. Inhalation: Move to fresh air. In case of difficulty in breathing, seek medical advice. Section 5- Fire-Fighting Measures Suitable Extinguishing Media: Water Spray; Foam; Carbon Dioxide; Dry Chemical Special exposure hazards arising from chemical: Contact with combustible material may cause fire. The release of the following substances is possible in a fire: Nitrogen oxides ( NOx), Sulphur oxides, Ammonia, Ozone,Carbon oxides. Special protective equipment for firefighters: Wear self-contained breathing apparatus and protective suit. Additional information: Contaminated extinguishing water and soil must be disposed of in accordance with official regulations. Section 6 Accidental Release Measures Personal precautions: Wear protective clothing. Ensure adequate ventilation.avoid contact with skin,eyes and clothing. Keep away from combustible material. Environmental precautions: Local exhausting is nneded to avoid production of irritating dust. Avoid penetration of the product into de soil/earth. If the product reaches watercourses and/or the drainage system, advise the proper authorities. Do not flush into surface water or sanitary sewer system. Methods for cleaning up/taking up: Take up mechanically and collect in suitable container for disposal. Do not soak up with combustible material, e.g. paper. Small spills can be cleaned up with rags, paper towels or a mop. Cleaning materials and equipment should be rinsed well with water before storage or disposal. Large spills can be picked up with an inert absorbent. Contaminated absorbent should be disposed of properly. Rinse area with water to remove residual product. Beware of slippery floors. 3 Section 7- Handling and Storage 7.1 Handling: Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Keep away from combustible material. Keep away from heat and sources of ignition. Protect from humid air and water. Follow the instructions. Please see cautionary notice referring to activator. Do not use bleach if scalp shows abrasions, scratches or any other abnormal condition. Do not use to dye eyelashes or eyebrowns. Do not perm the hair immediately before or after bleaching. Avoid the formation of irritating dust. Provide accurate dust capitation and adequate ventilation/aspiration in working areas. Avoid the formation of electro-static charges. 7.2 Storage: Keep in a dry,cool place. Keep out of reach of children. Keep at temperatures above -20ºC. Keep at temperature not exceeding 40ºC.Avoid humid organic material as paper towel, wood. Clothes, etc, which could induce spontaneous combustion. Protect from heat and sunlight. Store in places far from rain and humidity. Never store outdoors Section 8 Exposure Controls and Personal Protection Precautionary measures: Exhaust ventilation is required where the products are stored and/or handled. Keep far from food,drink and animal feeding stuff. Respiratory protection: Not requested for normal use. Skin/hands protection: Wear protective gloves. Eye protection: Not request. The product is stable in security conditions, up to 55ºC; above this temperature it slowly starts to decompose, giving rise to small quantities of oxygen and ammonia. At approximately 180ºC decomposition becomes fast auto accelerating, and generates oxygen which can give rise to relevant fires. Humidity is a very important factor because the product moisture- when not kept under control and not stable- can considerably lower the decomposition temperature. Conditions to avoid: Heat, Moisture, reducing agents such as waving lotions. Avoid impact. Do not subject to friction. May build static electric charge.
