Each spa day includes Luxury Robes, Slippers, Towels, Spa Facilities including; A heated pool, Cardiovascular gym and relaxation area. Spa guests will also have the option of extending their stay with us by dining at Blandy s Bistro. Choose between Morning, Afternoon or a Full Day Spa. Morning spas are between 9am until 1pm. Afternoon Spas are between 12pm and 4pm. Full day Spas are between 10am and 5pm. The Ultimate Spa Experience Full Day 140 Be indulged with the Inglewood Signature Facial accompanied by the relaxing Swedish Full Body Massage. Your Spa Day will be completed with the Luxury Spa Manicure and Luxury Spa Pedicure. Half Day 75 This mini Ultimate Spa Package includes a divine Swedish Back Massage and tailored made Signature Mini Facial, completed with an Express Manicure and Express Pedicure. The Pure Indulgence Spa Full Day 80 This Spa Day will allow you to slip away into pure relaxation with the tailor made Inglewood Signature Facial followed by the relaxing touch of the Swedish Full Body Massage. 3 Club Memberships at Inglewood Health Club & Spa The Inglewood Health Club & Spa comprises of a private members only Health Club and the Inglewood Spa. The Health Club is open 7am 9pm daily, however there are some swimming pool restrictions due to aqua exercise classes so please check the pool timetable for further information or speak to a member of staff. The Club offers members a range of facilities which include a full cardiovascular gym, luxury heated swimming pool, relaxation area and a varied exercise class timetable which includes Pilates, Yoga, Zumba Gold, Dance to Fitness and Aqua. Single membership is per month and Joint membership is per month, payable by direct debit. If you wish to pay annually there is an additional discount available so please speak to a member of staff for further details. We use OPI infinite shine a nail polish which is crossed between a gel and a lacquer with results lasting up to 10 days and dries within minutes and can be removed like normal polish! 7 The Inglewood Guide Booking information We recommend you book treatments and packages in advance as demand is high. To book please telephone or Gift Vouchers Gift vouchers can be purchased directly via the spa or can be sent via post for a delivery charge. Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and non transferable. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Vouchers must be treated as cash, and without voucher the full amount will be charged. If you cannot use your voucher within the 3 months an extension charge will apply. Gift vouchers cannot be used to redeem offers. Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Arrival times Morning day spas are from 9am, afternoon spas are from 12pm and Full Day Spas are from 10am. For all appointments please arrive 5-10 minutes prior. Late arrivals will result in your treatment times being cut down but the full cost of the treatment will still be charged. What to bring If you are having a spa day with us we provide you with gowns towels and slippers, we recommend you bring two bathing suits so you are comfortable when going into your treatments. If you are using a gift voucher please bring this with you. Age Policy We have an age policy of 21 and above for all spa days at Inglewood. We also have available: monthly specials, late night appointments, gift vouchers, spa day packages, gym memberships, walk in appointments and retail products. New clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes prior to appointment time to complete a consultation form. Terms and conditions apply to all of our treatments, offers spa days and vouchers. These are available upon request. Cancellation Policy Please provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with the 48 hours will incur a 50% charge and within 24 hrs will incur a 100% charge. When booking our facilities along with treatments this becomes a package and is liable to the same terms as all of our spa days. Spa days and promotions We require all spa day and monthly promotions to be paid in full on the time of booking and are non-refundable. Should you require to cancel your booking we will give you the option to reschedule to an alternative date at no extra costs, this does require a notice of 14 days prior to spa day. Should you need to change the date again a booking fee will be applied. Any spa days cancelled within the 14 days will be charged fully. If you have a complaint In the unlikely event that you have a complaint whilst onsite, you must notify the spa manager immediately and we will endeavour to assist. If you are still not satisfied then please send a letter within 7 days for the matter to be investigated, after 7 days we may not be able to deal positively with any complaint you have made.
