18 Cancellation policy and pre-treatment recommendations How to prepare for my Skin Spa time? Should I arrive before or on time for my treatment? Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment because this gives you time to unwind and get more out of the early stages of your treatment and also allows us to review your current treatment needs. What should I wear to my appointment? Whatever you are wearing that day is suitable. However, if you have booked the Self Tanner Treatments it is advisable to wear loose clothes and open footwear afterwards. What will I be wearing during the treatment? For most treatments, you will be asked to remove some items of clothing and for body treatments we provide you with disposable underwear in generous sizes. Your comfort is our number one priority and enveloping fluffy white towels preserve your modesty at all times. I have a medical condition/allergy; can I still have a Clarins treatment? It is always advisable to mention any medical conditions or allergies when making an appointment so that we can guide you on the best treatment option to book. Can I have Clarins treatments during pregnancy? We advise you to wait until you have completed the first 12 weeks of your pregnancy before booking treatments. At that point we recommend the Clarins Pampering Beauty Treatments developed especially for mothers-to-be. Then, it is very much down to your personal comfort as to how long into your pregnancy you continue to have treatments. Can I bring my baby/small child with me to my appointment? Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons we are unable to allow this. So think of your local Clarins Skin Spa as your personal beauty space, a peaceful place for a little me time. What is the Clarins Cancellation Policy? We require 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. Otherwise, you will lose your booking fee. Are Clarins treatments always carried out by hand? Clarins treatments are carried out 100% by hand and are made to measure, respecting each skin type and every beauty concern. If I buy a subscription is it possible to share it with a friend? Subscriptions are name-specific and it is therefore not possible to share your subscription with a third party. Should you be unable to keep your appointment please inform us 24 hours in advance, otherwise we will be obliged to charge you 50% of the cost of the treatment. 18
