1 New Balance Footwear Order Form Please browse through the catalog and complete the order form at the end of this booklet. Orders must be handed in to the BASEBALL OFFICE WITH FULL PAYMENT ATTACHED. All of the items will be special ordered so the DEADLINE FOR ORDERS WILL BE TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, Any orders placed afterwards will NOT be processed for another month. Some of the items in the catalog CANNOT be released until the date(s) specified. We will still accept pre-orders on those items. All items can either be picked up from St. Francis Xavier High School or from our store, Alberta Inc. located at Street NW. To arrange a pick-up from our store, please call between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on business days or text at any time. You may also us at martin.am2718@gmail.com for pick-up scheduling and/or for any questions or concerns. These order forms are printed in black and white. If you would like a better image of our products you may go to to view them. If you have any concerns for fitting, New Balance fits true to size. Currently, we recommend getting fitted at Sport Chek, The Running Room or any other store that offers New Balance footwear. Be sure of the size and width of your foot. If you require PLASTIC MOULDED CLEATS that aren t offered in any sizes in this catalog, please contact us as more options are available. *NOTE* New Balance has informed us, because we are a new dealer, our first order may take until DECEMBER to receive. HOWEVER, it is likely it will be sooner. We will endeavor to get your order to you as quickly as possible. After January, we will be getting shipments more regularly.
