Production capabilities include footwear, orthotic insoles, ankle foot orthoses (AFOs), knee orthoses, knee ankle foot orthoses (KAFOs), spinal orthoses and upper limb orthoses. Using the latest in CA-CAM technology in the manufacturing processes, we offer unparalleled accuracy and reproducibility. Tred-lite Insoles Steeper can provide custom made insoles using either foam impressions, casts or scans of the foot that are manufactured to the highest standards. Frequently, clinicians use total-contact insoles alongside modular footwear to distribute load and reduce peak pressures on vulnerable areas. As the interface between footwear and the foot, the correct insole can ensure the best possible clinical outcome. y manufacturing footwear and insoles together, we ensure that each device complements the other and functions in conjunction. ase Materials for CA-CAM Our bespoke manufactured insoles use the highest quality EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate). This lightweight material offers shock absorption and retains its shape through its hard wearing properties. The densities available are: low, medium, high, soft dual and firm dual density. Lightweight, practical and customisable footwear Available in 8 leather (calf and softee) colour options, nubuck and neoprene, the lightweight Tred-lite range is practical, hard wearing and customisable, offering a mixture of styles, fastenings and colour combinations. Adaptations on Tred-lite Footwear adaptions and trial fitting service available, along with repairs and adapts. The semi-bespoke Tred-lite collection offers a variety of fashionable styles to provide comfortable and lightweight footwear for men and ladies. As an introduction to the range, this guide includes the current collection and presents the wide range of colours, options and combinations to assist you with your order. Colour and Material Options The Tred-lite footwear range is available in calf and softee leather, nubuck and neoprene material. Certain styles may be limited to one type of material depending on the design. Leather - available in 8 different colours from the standard range in calf and softee - see colour swatch provided and overleaf. Additional colours are available on request (surplus charge applies). Nubuck - available in standard colours: black, mid brown, light grey, mid grey. Neoprene - available in standard colours: black and mid brown. The shoes in this guide are shown in standard colours and additional colour options (outside of the standard range) to illustrate a mixture of colour and style combinations. A small surcharge applies to colours (eg. patent) that are outside of the standard collection - please refer to the standard colours swatch provided overleaf. Strap Options Most styles are available in a choice of lace (flat or round) or hook and loop fastening straps, however certain styles are limited to lace only or hook and loop fastening straps only depending on the design. Low opening styles are available as standard and some styles can be made into a low opening option on request - by mm or by mm, please specify this on your order form. See icons for details. Sole Options We provide the standard sole and heel in micro EVA, however we can also provide Vibram hard-wearing commando as an alternative sole option (please note there is an additional cost for this). If you require a different sole from the standard, please specify this on the order form. Please find the default sole colour options overleaf. Insoles Tred-lite footwear is provided with x mm Poron material insoles and x mm top cover. Sizing and Lasts ifferent last fittings available. Sizing charts and order forms available on request. 5 Colour Chart Ordering & elivery Information This colour chart applies to the Tred-lite modular footwear range for both men s and ladies styles. The shoes in this brochure are shown in standard colours and additional colour options (outside of the standard range) to illustrate a mixture of colour and style combinations. This colour chart shows the standard colours available from Steeper. For a physical leather swatch, please contact our Customer Services department. A small surcharge applies to colours (eg. patent) that are outside of the standard collection. How to Order Creating footwear exactly to our customers specifications provides an increased likelihood of a perfect fit for the patient. Therefore, please note that providing fully correct information is essential at the inital order placing stage, as re-working such as relasting or crafting new uppers after the rough fitting will be charged for. Please also note that all footwear made to order or with any customisation that is incorporated during manufacture will render the footwear non-returnable. When ordering a product from the Tred-lite footwear range, please include all the information below to enable us to produce your order accurately to the required specifications, as well as deliver the item on time. This allows for minor alterations before the footwear is finished. Charges may apply for additional trial fittings.
