4 CCA Competition Class-II ( ) Origami Theme: Animals Judge:Ms. D.S.P.Nagalakshmi Origami Ori- meaning "folding", and kami meaning "paper" is the art of paper folding, which is often associated with Japanese culture. It was held on 21 st July. Students of class II actively participated and created a unique shape and structure of different types of animals. The judge appreciated the skill and imaginative creations by the students. Winners

8 CCA COMPETITION ECO FRIENDLY RAKHI MAKING COMPETITION CLASS II WEEK NO: 11 JUDGE:Ms. N.SOWJANYA It was a day when young students of class II turned into little artisans,with creativity and colours. It was a day when celebration of love between brothers and sisters began and making the knot of protection was the basic plan.

12 Week no :18 THEME: DUSSEHRA judge: N. aruna TIME: Happy hour On the occasion of Dussehra festival, CCA Greeting card competition was conducted on 15 th September 2017 (Friday). Students of class 2 decorated their greeting cards with colourful Durga mata and Ravana with ten heads. They also learnt that Dussehra symbolises Victory of Good over Evil. 15 Week no :21 THEME: bhagwad geeta judge: Ms triveni TIME: Happy hour From the recitation of the Bhagwad Geetha arises the desire to know its meaning. Thence arises the knowledge. From this knowledge arises fulfillment. The study of Bhagwad Geetha is the key to opening the vast treasure of God s love for us. Keeping this in mind,students of class 2 welcomed the new term with beautiful slokas from Bhagwat Geetha. The competition was held on 13 th October 2017 during happy hour in the auditorium.

17 Week no :21 judge: ms shamina ramesh To develop the vocabulary skills of students and encourage them increase their word bank through phonetics, Inter house spell bee competition was conducted for class II on November 25 th, 2017 during happy hour period. The students performed well in the final round.
