We can also help you choose what may be right for you, so that spending time here feels nothing but easy.

4 WHAT YOU WILL FIND AT FLETCHER S COTTAGE SPA Fletcher s Work Shop In our work shop you will find the perfect products from our brand partners to continue your Spa experience at home, and the perfect place to pick up your gift for a friend or partner. Relaxation Room Somewhere to lounge before or after your treatment sip a glass of champagne read the papers beside the log-burning stove enjoy the beautiful views, inside and out. Marine Steam A salt steam treatment, which helps the well-being of the body by alleviating respiratory and sinus problems as well as lethargy, leaving the skin hydrated and smooth. All guests are asked to be aware of the steam vents when using the steam room. These can be extremely hot and guests should not sit or stand directly in front of them. Aroma Sauna The Sauna features herbs hand-picked from the garden. It increases circulation and metabolic rate, by bringing nutrients to the surface of the skin, leaving it healthy and glowing. It also opens up the pores detoxifying the skin by flushing out any impurities and is excellent for reviving tired and strained muscles. Private Bath Huts Two individual bath huts in the Spa garden, complete with a cosy log-burner. Your choice of baths includes organic, hand-harvested seaweed or beautiful aromatherapy oils.

5 WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW Arrival We recommend you arrive 30 minutes before your appointment to give you plenty of time to change and take full advantage of our facilities. Appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time, please be aware that if you arrive late the time of your appointment will be shortened in consideration of the next guest. Slippers, robe and towels are provided for your comfort. When you arrive you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire to ensure the treatment is suitable for you and you get the most from your experience with us. Personal Belongings We recommend that you leave all valuables at home as we can not take any responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings. We request that you do not use your mobile phone whilst in the Spa. Pregnancy We have specifically designed treatments for expectant mothers after the first trimester and nursing mothers. Please allow our spa team to advise you on the treatments that would be most suitable for you at this special time. Please note that heat treatments including steam and sauna are not suitable during pregnancy. Cancellation Cancellations received more than 24 hours before a booked treatment can be rescheduled at no additional charge. Cancellations received within 24 hours of a booked treatment will require full payment. Please note a minimum of 7 days is required to cancel a group booking. Group bookings are those consisting of 10 or more treatments. Age Our treatments are specifically tailored for adults, please note that no-one under the age of 16 is permitted in Fletcher s Cottage Spa. Medical Conditions Please make us aware of any Medical Conditions that may impact your treatment. Certain conditions may require a GP referral.

When you spend 80 or more on any of our treatments you can enjoy 2 hours use of the Spa Experience with our compliments. Fletcher s Cottage Signature Treatment (75 Mins) The ultimate massage designed by the team here at Fletcher s Cottage, bringing together years of experience and specialised techniques, drawn from all over the world to offer you a bespoke and unique treatment. This treatment includes deep yet soothing massage movements and stretches, focusing on the back, neck and shoulders, feet and scalp. However we can focus on your areas of concern, depending on your needs. A must have during your time at Archerfield. Rasul Experience (2 Hrs 45 Mins) 50 for one person / 80 for two people The Rasul Experience includes two hours use of the spa facilities including salt steam, aroma sauna and relax along with the traditional cleansing mud rasul treatment. You and a friend or partner can enjoy this wonderful experience in your own private steam chamber where you exfoliate the skin before applying the smooth detoxifying mud to your body. After the steam treatment, wash off the excess mud, apply some nourishing moisturiser and leave with silky smooth skin. *Rasul lasts approx 30 minutes. Bath Hut Experience (2 Hrs 30 Mins) - 50 Relax with two hours use of the spa facilities including salt steam, aroma sauna and relax before unwinding with time in your individual bath hut. Choose from organic hand harvested seaweed to detoxify the body and help relieve the signs of ageing or a beautiful aromatherapy bath to heighten the senses and clear the mind. Aromatherapy Associates Light Relax Revive Rose (Suitable during pregnancy) VOYA Peat Aches and Pains Bath Seaweed and Aroma Salts Bath *Bath lasts 30 minutes. REMEDIAL & HOLISTIC TREATMENTS Reflexology (60 Mins) - 95 Reflexology promotes healing by stimulating the nerves in the body and encouraging the flow of blood. This Therapeutic method is fantastic for relieving pain by stimulating predefined pressure points on the feet, alleviating allergy symptoms, as well as stress, back pain, and chronic fatigue. Reflexology can be as effective for promoting good health and for preventing illness as it may be for relieving symptoms of stress, injury, and illness. Indian Head Massage (45 Mins) - 75 This treatment is based on the Ayurvedic system of healing which has been practised in India for over a thousand years. It releases the stress that as accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the face, neck and shoulders. Reiki (60 Mins) - 95 This holistic treatment activates and balances the body on an emotional, physical and spiritual level. Deluxe Pedicure (60 Mins) - 55 This luxury pedicure is perfect for even the most neglected feet. You can relax in one of our comfy armchairs and choose your colour from the extensive range of Leighton Denny shades. Gel Polish Manicure / Pedicure (60 Mins) - 60 Longelity, the beautiful Gel Nail Colour by Leighton Denny stays on nails for 1-2 weeks with no chipping or peeling, just beautiful glossy colour. Your nails will be shaped as to just how you like them before tidying cuticles in preparation for your colour application, the treatment is finished with an exfoliation and nourishing hand or foot massage. Compact Manicure / Pedicure (30 Mins) - 30 For those who simply want a file and colour change, a re-polish of the hands or feet with your chosen colour. Please allow an appropriate drying period after all manicures and pedicures. After any polish application it is advisable not to use the Thermal Area.
