Chan Shui Zen in water Veronique Piguet has created this slow movement exercise inspired by Qi gong, with guided meditation in water at 32 degrees. 15 Basic guidelines hostalspaempúries Hostal Spa Empúries aims to offer its clients a pleasant, helpful and professional service in an environment certain to aid relaxation and improve your physical and mental well-being. With this in mind we ask you to comply with the following guidelines : Respect the Spa environment, especially the treatment rooms, and respect the privacy of other clients. Under 16s are not admitted unless for private treatment. We do not recommend heat treatments for those who are pregnant or using anticoagulants, antihystimines, beta-blockers or tranquilizers. People with diabetes, heart problems or high or low blood pressure ought to consult their doctor before using our treatments. It is dangerous to receive treatment whilest under the influence of drugs or alchohol. If in doubt speak to our therpists. The Spa is not responsible for client s valueables. For your safety please do not bring them to the Spa. You can leave them in the safe provided in each hotel room. The Spa has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellation of a reservation more than 24 hours beforehand does not imply any cost to the client. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the cost of the service reserved. Failure to cancel a confirmed reservation implies a 100% charge for the service reserved. Please arrive 10 minutes before any treatment in order to begin the treatment at the stipulated time. Late arrival of a client is time lost from their treatment. The Spa is a space for well-being and natural therapies. Do not confuse this with a medical recommendation.
