Half and Half This set includes 50% of your natural lashes lashes in classic extensions and the other 50% of your lashes lashes in volume lashes for those of you that need a little bit of volume to your natural lashes but don t want to jump straight in to a full volume set then this is prefect for you, we can discuss the look you d like to create and whether you d like a mixture of volume throughout or just on the outer ends I can work to the look you desire. Full Set A volume fan is placed on % of your natural lashes to create a full, fluffy beautiful set of eyelash extensions. Volume Infills I recommend you book to infill your volume lashes every 3-4 weeks to maintain your lashes and to replace any that have been lost in your natural eyelash cycle and take your lashes back to a full and fluffy set. A standard appointment is for 1 hour 15 minutes, you may need longer than this, if so a price will be quoted to you or you can visit my website for further information or contact me directly. All waxing and shaving must be done at a least 8 hours prior to your tan. Do not use any lotions or moisturisers once you have showered as this can act as a barrier against the tan. Remove all make-up, perfume and deodorant at least one hour before your tan. Full Body Spray Tan Half Body Spray Tan Choose to have either your arms, chest and face tanned or your legs. Perron Rigot waxes shrink wrap the hair, removing the entire hair with its roots from the follicle, leaving the skin undamaged and your treatment relatively pain free! Regular waxing weakens and slows down hair regrowth and produces results that last longer. Warm and hot wax are available to give you the best results and a comfortable treatment. If you should ever need to cancel your appointment please let me know as soon as possible to avoid being charged for your appointment. I will always try to phone, or text you 24 hours before your appointment to confirm you are still able to go ahead with the treatments, however it is not my responsibility to remind you of your appointment so if you do not receive a call, or a text please note the charges will still apply. Travelling Charges Travelling charges will apply if travelling outside of Portishead, Nailsea or Clevedon area, travelling charges are charged at 1.00 per mile after the first 8 miles of this postcode BS20 7QF. Minimum call out charges apply; 10 minimum Spend for Portishead, 15 minimum spend for Clevedon and Nailsea and a minimum of 25 spend for all areas outside of Portishead, Nailsea and Clevedon. 1. You will not be charged for your appointment if you cancel or rearrange the agreed appointment with 12 hours or more notice of your appointment time. 2. If you cancel or rearrange your agreed appointment with me (PHASE BEAUTY) within 12 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of your total treatment price agreed on booking your appointment. 3. If you cancel your appointment within 2 hours of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the agreed price on booking your appointment. If I have arrived for agreed appointment at agreed time I will allow you 10 minutes over the agreed time to answer your door ready for the agreed appointment, however this will come out of your treatment time and full charges will still apply. If no answer within the 10 minutes over your original agreed appointment time the appointment will no longer be available to you, however 100% of the agreed appointment price on time of booking will be charged in full. 4. If for any reason your appointment has started and you are not able to continue/finish the treatments agreed on booking, 100% charges agreed on time of booking will apply. 5. If you have booked to have more than one treatment and decide you no longer wish to have all the treatments you have booked the above cancellation rules will apply. No charge will apply for cancelled treatments if you give me more than 12 hours notice. 50% of that treatment(s) cost will be charged if cancelled within 12 hours and 100% of the treatment cost will be applied if you cancel that treatment(s) within 2 hours of the agreed appointment or once I ve arrived. No charge will apply if you change your mind on what treatment you want PROVIDING it is the same amount of either money or time. 6. If I m left waiting during or between treatments I will charge you 5.00 for every 15 minutes after the time the appointment should have finished. If you cancel your appointment within 12 hours notice of your agreed appointment or don t show up for your agreed appointment time you will receive an invoice from me with the charges clearly stated. You will have 7 days from the date of the invoice to pay these charges either by cash, cheque or BACS, (Please call me to arrange how you would like to pay). Once you have cancelled three or didn t show up for one agreed appointment you will then be expected to pay a 50% deposit when booking any future appointments with PHASE BEAUTY, this deposit is non-refundable unless you cancel the appointment with at least 12 hours notice. If you consecutively miss 2 or cancel 3 appointments within 12 hours notice of your appointment time you will be charged accordingly as stated above and you will be expected to pay 100% of the treatment cost up front when booking your appointment. I completely understand that life sometimes gets in the way or unexpected thing pop up, however this is my livelihood, not a hobby! You will be expected to pay the cancellation fees under ALL circumstances as I have other people who could have booked within that time. I will accept cancellations by text or phone call (If I don t answer please leave me a voic message this will still be accepted as an appropriate way to cancel your appointment) Cancellations by or Facebook will not be accepted as this requires having internet access which means I may not receive notice in time for your appointment in which case the charges stated above will still apply.
