ART GUILD NEWSLETTER FALL 2017 Past demos September Tuesday, September 26th, 2017 We had another great meeting in September. Sheary Clough Suiter demoed some of her awesome en-caustics and Matt Hane with Rocky Mountain Insight led a mindfully, calming meditation session. August Tuesday, August 29th, 2017 Meghan Connelly, Peak School of Dance instructor and students performed. Free form dance exercises included painting and negative space among performances of ballet, tap, and hip hop. Hollywood and his apprentice put on their own show. Hollywood shared his talents, processes and intricacies of creating the tattoo. We also learned everything you ever wanted to know about tattooing you would be amazed at what a surgical process this actually is and the cleanliness and thoughtfulness involved in producing a tattoo. July Tuesday, July 25th, 2017 We enjoyed our first ice cream social and paint the artist FUNdraiser. Thank you Gold Hill Mesa for the ice cream! We also enjoyed a marital arts demonstration and some live music. Our Paint the artist featured Chad or Carol. Many thanks to their willingness to get messy.
