CHINESE AUCTION AND RAFFLES Sampson Room Friday, April 28, 2017-10:00 am - 6:00 pm Each club is asked to donate an item or collection of items to the State fundraiser. This year's theme is BEACH MEMORIES. If you didn t already pick your basket at the Mid Term Board Meeting, you can sign up for a basket by contacting Sharon Wetzel at sharkayw@yahoo.com. The value of the item or basket should be at least $25.00. Please drop off your donation as soon as you arrive on Thursday or Friday morning by 10:00 am. In this room you will also be able to purchase tickets for raffle items offered by the hosting club, which helps to cover the cost of convention. There will also be raffles for the Marie Simmons Scholarship and 2018 State Meeting fundraiser. After the Saturday General Meeting, the winning numbers will be posted and the prizes can be picked up in the Sampson Room. On display will be the entries for the Club Scrapbook Contest along with the entries for the Newsletter Contest, previous State Meetings photo albums, the Twin Registry photo album, the Unity Book and other items of interest.
