A bit of history. 2
We originate from two Business-To-Business organizations, PH&T SpA and NTC Srl, both with Headquarters in Milan, Italy. In 2015 both companies have been acquired by an Italian investment fund, Wise SGR, and were merged into NTC Srl in Jan 2016. Our portfolio of products is made of drugs, nutraceuticals and medical devices. We are now investing significantly in development and our pipeline is getting richer in particular areas like ophthalmology, gastro-metabolism, pediatrics and pharmacy. We are looking forward to accelerate our growth also through the acquisitions of products, technologies and companies. 3
NTC, who we are. We are a pharmaceutical company that develops products on our initiative or on request. We innovate on several dimensions: new products supported by relevant clinical trials new technologies, to help patient compliance and so favor personalized treatment new packaging solutions to better serve the patients We invest substantially in R&D, and we sustain independent research too. We quickly develop, we know where to manufacture, we register and sell. We own strong regulatory skills about drugs, medical devices and nutraceuticals. We supply through sourcing from CMOs. We have a good network of contacts. We sell in more than 70 countries to north to 200 clients. About 70% of our sales are in EMEA. We sell also in Asia, Australia, Africa, Middle East, Canada. We are expanding in America. In 2016 we signed our first deal in the US. In 2017 we signed our first deal in LATAM. 4

Experienced Regulatory Team: more than 10 people with international experience in drugs, medical devices and nutraceuticals. Skilled CMO Group: 3 people dedicated to interact with CMOs and audit.
