Target is offering everything Halloween from special edition candies to costumes, makeup, accessories and even character pajamas for kids, toddlers and adults. Customers who spend $30 in the Halloween Shop will receive a $5 gift card. The retailer is also promoting holiday treats, disposable dinnerware in special colors and designs, and fresh pumpkins. The retailer is also featuring holiday and fall recipes for chili, punch and eyeball meatballs, along with other ideas for the perfect scary Halloween meal. US PROMO HIGHLIGHTS HALLOWEEN FUN Kmart s promo is also focusing on the upcoming holiday. All costumes are now $25 or less, marked down 50% from their original prices. Halloween masks and wigs are 25% off and accessories are priced at $1.29 $19.99. The retailer is also offering a wide variety of trick-or-treat, fun-size candy bags from brands such as Mars, Hershey and Nestlé. All Halloween apparel and accessories are now 50% off as well. In addition, fall apparel, slippers and boots are discounted.
COLD-WEATHER SHOP It s not easy to stay warm and still be stylish, but Bloomingdale s makes it possible and even fun. The retailer is featuring a variety of items for infants and kids, from puffer vests to down and wool jackets, faux fur vests with different patterns, and fleece coveralls. The accessories selection includes ear warmers, Kate Spade matching hat and mittens, faux fur earflap hats, headbands and neck warmers. Bloomingdale s is also offering discounts on a wide variety of kids shoes from brands such as UGG Australia, Hunter, Sorel, Toms and Ralph Lauren. SPECTACULAR SALE The Macy s Red Star event features savings of 30% 75% off storewide from October 27 through November 2, as well as an extra 20% off with a Macy s Wow! Pass. Savings include 40% off juniors dresses; 50% off women s sleepwear; 60% off men s dress shirts, ties and designer pants; and 50% 65% off women s and men s shoes. The retailer is not promoting costumes, but infants First Impression sets and dresses and kids character hoodies from movies such as Frozen and Star Wars are now 40% off. US PROMO HIGHLIGHTS FAIREST EVENT OF THEM ALL JCPenney began its Halloween promo on October 1 and will run it until November 1. The retailer is featuring Disney dolls and matching costume options for boys and girls from movies such as Aladdin, Frozen, The Little Mermaid, Cars and Toy Story. Customers can enjoy 20% 25% off all Disney collection role-play costumes and accessories as well as other savings on apparel, toys and accessories.
NEW SPARKS LOYALTY PROGRAM Marks & Spencer recently launched a new loyalty card, Sparks. Customers who register for the membership club by November 4 will be automatically entered in a daily prize drawing for an extra special Sparks experience. The benefits of the new loyalty card are tailor-made offers, priority access to preview new-season ranges and entrance to exclusive events. RED FRIDAY EVENT Argos is running a five-day Red Friday promotion ending Tuesday, October 27. Deals include 40% off a Sharp 50 TV ( 299, US$458), 36% off a Dyson vacuum cleaner ( 189.99, US$290.85) and 40% off a Nutri Ninja blender ( 59.99, US$91.84). Separate from Red Friday, Argos is offering up to 50% savings on selected items as part of its Winter Home Event. Additionally, customers can save a further 20% when they spend 150 (US$230) or more on indoor furniture. UK PROMO HIGHLIGHTS 20% OFF KIDS CLOTHING Asda is running a promotion on selected children s clothing. Its 20% off deals include a Nickelodeon Paw Patrol onesie at 8 (US$12), a Jurassic World jumper at 5.60 (US$8.60), a Betty Boop pajama set at 9 (US$14) and a Disney Tangled T-shirt at 5 (US$8). The retailer s current home furniture sale features offers such as beanbags and twin sleeper bunk beds at up to 25% off.

Highlights of the sale include John Lewis mattresses at 15% off, Vitra chairs on a fourfor-three multibuy offer, up to 35% off on lighting, and sofas and armchairs at up to 50% off.
