Millicent Dow, Feminist Group representative from Wellington East Girls' College campus gave a speech of their activities to the meeting. The meeting broke for morning tea at 11:30am The meeting resumed at 11:45am 2 Minutes of the 2015 Annual General Meeting The minutes of the 2015 UN Women National Committee Aotearoa New Zealand Annual General Meeting were discussed and accepted with minor corrections to names of attendees. 2.1 Resolution: Accept the UN Women National Committee Aotearoa New Zealand Annual General Meeting Minutes of 12 September 2015 Seconded by: Angela McLeod 3 President s Report Barbara Williams delivered the UN Women National Committee Aotearoa New Zealand President s 2016 Report. 3.1 Resolution: Accept the UN Women National Committee Aotearoa New Zealand President s 2016 Report Seconded by: Maryan Street 4 Treasurer s Report Barbara Williams presented the UN Women National Committee Aotearoa New Zealand Treasurer s 2016 Report. The meeting briefly discussed the operations and finances of UN Women National Committee Aotearoa New Zealand.
