Orders can be submitted by phone, fax or & must be accompanied by a signed PO. Purchase orders are binding. Because our products are handmade to order, orders cannot be cancelled or changed beyond 5 days of order submission. Late cancellations will result in an invoice for 20% of the original order value. For initial orders, include company resale number along with shipping & billing addresses. PAYMENT TERMS Prepayment is required for the initial three orders. We accept payment by Visa, MC, Discover, Amex, company check or wire transfer ($15 fee). For Net 30 credit after the third order, please submit trade and bank references. A monthly late payment charge of 1.5% will be added to orders past due. A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks. SHIPPING Domestic orders are shipped FOB Kutztown, PA via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or as instructed. International customers are responsible for import taxes and fees associated with the customer s local importation regulations. RETURNS Mar Y Sol accessories are handmade. Small variations in size, color & finish can be expected & characterize the natural beauty of our products. Claims for defective or missing merchandise must be submitted within 5 days of receipt in order to receive an RA number for product replacement only. Returns will not be accepted without an RA number & must be sent in their original condition to our PA warehouse address only. Returns to our NY office will be refused.
