The Wellness Center is pleased to celebrate our 14 th year of service and continues to offer a wide variety of spa and salon services for the wonderful SAS community. We have a team of gifted international therapists and practitioners united in harmony to offer a variety of Eastern and Western techniques. The Spa is open while at sea, from 10am to 8pm. The Spa is closed in port although pre booked appointments are available on request. For any questions, please don t hesitate to contact the Spa on extension #7313 or visit the Spa on Deck 7. Complimentary spa consultations are also available in order for us to help you customize your Wellness Center experience. 2 SPA ETIQUETTE YOUR ARRIVAL Kindly arrive at the Wellness Center 10 minutes prior to your treatment in order to complete your consultation form, if it is your first time visiting the Spa. Please note that the Wellness Center is located on both Deck 7 and Deck 3. All appointments are made on Deck 7, and from there, you will be directed to the Wellness area your treatment will take place. CONSULTATION Personal consultation forms are filled out prior to your first visit and a short verbal consultation will be done with every treatment to determine your specific needs and to ensure that optimal results are achieved. Kindly ensure all information given is correct and current to enable us giving you the best suited treatment and advice. LATE ARRIVAL Please be aware that out of respect for other guests and passengers, we will not be able to extend your treatment time in case of late arrival. CANCELLATION Please allow a 24 hour notice on all spa treatments for all cancellations. 50 percent of the treatment price will be charged as a late cancellation fee and a 100 percent treatment charge will apply for failure to keep your appointment. AFTER YOUR TREATMENT Your Therapist will set out recommendations as per your Wellness Center treatment. For optimum results, we recommend following after care advise. We advise hydrating and not to sunbath after any of our facials, massages, body treatments and facial or body waxing. A variety of spa products is also available to extend your Spa experience and prolong treatment results. 2

12 MASSAGES Seven Seas Massage 50/80 minutes Relax and experience this unique massage that is a perfect blend of the following seven different healing massage techniques that is world renown. Lomi-Lomi, Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Swedish, Reiki and Thai Massage. Hot Stone Massage 50/80 minutes This is an ancient Native American healing therapy. The use of stones aids the therapist by giving relief to deep-seated muscle tension. Stones are known generators of energy, creating a sense of balance and calm. Bamboo Massage 50/80 minutes A wonderfully unique treatment designed specifically to reduce cellulite in combination with a deep tissue massage, ridding the body of unwanted toxins, significantly increases circulation and lymph flow. 13 BODY TREATMENTS BY GUINOT Salt Glow 50 minutes A Technique where the body is rubbed with coarse sea salt combined with fragrant oils to remove the outer layer of dead skin and stimulate circulation. The treatment concludes with a light massage leaving the skin soft and smooth. Bronzing Treatment 50 minutes Enhance your tan and drench your body with moisture leaving your skin soft, supple with a healthy radiant sun kissed look. Aromatic Body Treatment 60 minutes This treatment will redefine your silhouette and make you feel lighter immediately, because of the combination of highly effective essential oils and professional manual massage techniques designed to reduce stubborn cellulite. Detox Body Wrap 60 minutes Brown seaweeds, blended for their detoxifying action, are mixed into a fine paste and applied to the entire body. Brow tint This special hair tint is applied to eyebrows redefining and adding more definition by framing the eye, classically beautiful. Lash Curling This is a wonderful 45 minute semi-permanent treatment for a long lasting curling and lifting effect on the lashes. Lash Extensions Enhance your natural beauty with individual lashes extensions. Lashes are applied between your natural lashes for a long-lasting lengthening and volumizing effect. Refills are recommended every 2 weeks for maintenance. *please note that it is advisable to have a patch test performed 24 hours prior to any tinting services, especially if you are known to have a reactive skin or if it is your first time. 17 WAXING & THREADING Wax used in all services is of a high quality and should cause none to minimal skin redness/irritation. Please note that sun exposure and certain drugs or topical creams may sensitize the skin which in turn could cause irritation and therefore be a contraindication to any depilation services. Kindly inform your therapist prior to your service of any such medications or topical creams you are currently using. NAIL SERVICES Quick & Clean Manicure 20 minutes Your nails will be shaped and cuticles softened & tidied. A variety of OPI and Essie nail polishes are available. Spa Manicure 35 minutes Your nails are shaped, cuticles tidied and hydrated. The Spa manicure includes a scrub which will remove dead skin leaving the skin smooth and softer; then a nourishing hand cream is applied with a relaxing by a hand massage. A variety of OPI and Essie nail polishes are available. Standard Pedicure 30 minutes This basic pedicure includes nail and cuticle care plus filing of the heels for smoother feet. Nail varnish is then applied on request. Spa Pedicure 45 minutes Our deluxe pedicure additionally includes a scrub to remove dead skin and smooth skin, followed by a nourishing & relaxing foot massage relieving tension. The corn planer for callouses are also included on request. A variety of nail varnishes is available. Spa Manicure & Spa Pedicure Indulge and enjoy combining our most popular nail services. 80 minutes OPI Gel Color minutes OPI Gel may be applied on either the hands or feet. Gel nails lasts longer than normal varnish and is more durable. It is advisable to soak off Gel Colors and a variety of OPI Gel colors are available. 17

18 Polish Change 15 minutes Old varnish is removed, nails are shaped and a new color varnish is applied. Please note that no cuticle work is done with a polish change. It is advisable to book a manicure for an optimal manicured result. Paraffin Wax add 10 minutes Experience the benefits of paraffin wax enriched with essential oils. It is highly moisturizing excellent for dry and cracked skin and aching feet or arthritis. Nail Art 5-10 minutes per nail Select 10 flags of the different countries we visit or have visited and enjoy your very own personalized SAS Voyage nail polish. All nail art is hand painted other designs are also available on request. Nail Repair 5-10 minutes Does your manicure still look good, but one nail has chipped? Or is one of your nails tearing? Visit the spa for a repair. STEAM & SAUNA The Steam and Sauna is located on Deck 6 aft next to the Gymnasium. Alternative days for ladies and men are available as per the schedule posted at the Steam and Sauna reception. Remember to hydrate by drinking plenty water, before and after your session, and avoid sun exposure prior and post to any sauna or steam session.
