3 S PA E T IQUETTE *Treatment time can be modified to suit your needs (2hrs max) Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to complete the consultation form and skin analysis. Arriving late will automatically reduce treatment time. While the spa provides all disposable clothing, gowns, towels and slippers for treatments, we recommend that you bring a costume for hydrotherapy treatments. Please note that we have a restaurant on the premises to serve you before or after your treatment. Please note that the spa is unsuitable for babies and children under 12 years of age unless they are booked in for treatments. Kindly please remember to switch off all gadgets prior to treatments. Our rooms are equipped with safes for your convenience. Please give 24 hours notice for cancellation of individual treatments and 48 hours notice on packages as lack of will attract a 50% penalty fee. All group bookings to be paid in advance. We recommend that you do not sunbathe before and after waxing and advanced electric facials and peels. Smoking is not permitted in the spa. Acceptable payment methods: Local (in Zimbabwe) Cash, Ecocash, Swipe, PayNow, Zippit, Bank Transfers. International: VISA, Mastercard. Please call ahead if you wish to have wine or champagne with your treatment so that we can prepare it accordingly.

4 SPA JOURNEYS Detox Package $130 / R1 560 The perfect way to cleanse your body starting off with a Steam Room treatment for a detoxifying healthy sweat then enjoy complete relaxation with our signature Porapora massage to give you a sense of calm and upliftment, finally our Exotic Body Scrub to will remove any excess layers of old skin to give your mind and body total rejuvenation. Mother to Be Return to Sanity $130 / R hrs. 20min This harmonious massage, uses Vitamin E oil, and expert techniques, which our therapists have carefully adapted to each stage of pregnancy. This helps to relieve tension in the lower and upper back, as well as alleviate pressure on the hands and feet, while easing your mind and uplifting your spirit. Feel pampered by a facial treatment that addresses any visible effects of hormonal changes on the skin, while providing support and comfort for you and your baby. Dazzle your loved one on their special day with an amazing 4 hand synchronised massage followed by a full body exfoliation creamy scrub made from local ingredients to gently remove impurities and dead skin cells. Afterwards take time to soak in the Infrared Sauna, especially designed to address dehydrated skin and leave your skin exquisitely nourished and radiant.
