10 Baby Bottom Soak for sore bums Ingredients: 2 Cups Corn Starch 15 Drops Lavender or Gentle Baby EO 1 Cup Baking Soda ¼ Cup Oatmeal pulverized Directions: Mix together all ingredients with wire whisk until well blended. Pour into storage container. Use ¼ cup per baby tub soak. Apply Massage oil after soak: 1 tsp carrier oil with 2 drops Lavender or Gentle Baby

11 Head Lice Prevention Spray Ingredients: 10 drops Lavender EO.5 oz vodka or which hazel 10 drops Rosemary EO 1.5 oz water Directions: Combine ingredients in spray bottle and apply to damp or dry hair daily

12 Vaporizing Chest Rub Ingredients: ½ cup Extra Virgin Coconut Oil 10 drops Wintergreen EO 2 tablespoons liquid carrier oil 10 drops Eucalyptus EO 10 drops peppermint EO Directions: Heat coconut oil until melted. Cool, combine the rest of the ingredients. Transfer salve to glass jar. May keep refrigerated, especially during summer months.

13 Homemade Baby Wipes Ingredients: 1 ½ cups water 10 drops essential oil 1 tablespoon YL bath gel base (Suggested: Geranium, Gentle Baby, Lavender) Directions: Cut a roll of Brawny brand paper towels in half. Combine above ingredients and store a #9 round Rubbermaid container with ½ roll.

14 Homemade Electrolyte Drink Ingredients: ¼ teaspoon sea salt ¼ teaspoon baking soda 1 quart Water 1 dropper YL mineral essence 2 tablespoons Sugar in the Raw Organic Juice to taste Directions: or Agave Syrup Combine all ingredients and drink as necessary to restore vital minerals and hydration. Vitality essential oils can be added instead of juice for flavor or it can be served plain.

19 Un-Tangled Ingredients: 1 tablespoon YL conditioner 3 oz water 3 drops Lavender EO 2 drops Geranium EO 1 drop Cedarwood EO Directions: Combine ingredients into 4 oz spray bottle. Shake well. Apply after shampooing to detangle baby s locks.

Try this tip to get things moving. 1 tablespoon carrier oil 1 drop Peppermint EO 1 drop Fennel EO Directions: Massage on abdomen clockwise with l-o-v-e. Making the letters l-o-v-e with your hands. Moving clockwise, while applying light to firm pressure on baby s abdomen.
