Thirty-six commemorative sets were issued between the start of 1976 and the end of 1980, involving 140 stamps, of which only 51 are known with Perfins. As with the first five years, the majority of these decimal commemoratives are unknown with a Perfin, and eight sets have no Perfin representative at all!
