11 ORDERING Orders can be faxed, using our pre-printed order form or typed on a formal Purchase Order and faxed to: or ed to: orderdesk@redwoodclassics.net Telephone orders are not accepted. Redwood Classics reserves the right to refuse any orders. SAMPLE ORDERS Redwood Classics Apparel / WS & Co. Ltd. reserves the right to restrict sample order quantities. All purchased sample returns to Redwood Classics will result in credit back on account. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations of any orders must be received within 24 hours upon receiving the Purchase Order. A 25% re-stocking fee will apply to any cancellations after 24 hours or once the order has been completed and invoiced. SHIPPING All orders are shipped F.O.B. from our Toronto, Ontario, warehouse within 2-3 working days, based on stock availability. Shipments will be made via UPS Ground, without a declared value, unless otherwise specified. Your choice of shipping method may be changed; please contact our office in writing to ensure that we can accommodate, otherwise our normal method of shipping applies. Redwood Classics will make every attempt to accommodate rush orders. THIRD-PARTY SHIPMENTS When orders are drop-shipped to third-parties, it is the responsibility of the invoiced customer and consignee to verify the quality and accuracy of the order prior to decorating or altering, within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Any discrepancies or quality issues must be reported in writing within 24 hours of receiving shipment. Redwood Classics Apparel / WS & Co. Ltd. will not be responsible for discrepancies on orders received by parties other than the invoiced customer. PICK-UP ORDERS Customers may pick up approved orders Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm local time (no pick-up between 12:00pm-1:00pm), by appointment only. Orders not picked up within two working days will be cancelled and the goods returned to stock without notification; a 25% restocking charge will apply. EMBELLISHING SERVICE Full-service embroidery, screen printing and heat transfer services are available in-house. Specialty embellishing such as Tackle Twill, Flocking, Belt Print, etc. are also available. Please contact our office for minimums and quotes. PRIVATE LABEL & SPECIAL PACKAGING Private label application services are available. Labels must be provided and present at the time of the order. Individual poly-bagging, hang-tag application and special packing service are available upon request. Please contact our office for prices. * Prepared For Garment Dye GENERAL INFORMATION / TERMS AND CONDITIONS CUSTOM ORDERS All styles can be customized or re-designed for your requirements. The minimum order is 200 units per style, which may be comprised of up to two colours and any combinations of sizes (maximum size range will apply) and quantity tolerance for any customized orders will apply. Please contact Head Office for more information. CUSTOM DYE ORDERS (PFGD) Regular in-stock items are available for custom PMS match (PFGD*). Quantities must meet the minimum weight dye-load colour requirement; if quantities do not meet the minimum weight per dye-load requirement, Under Minimum Dye-Load Fees and Colour Lab-Dip Fees will apply. Quantity tolerance for any custom dye orders will apply. Please contact Head Office for more information. CLAIMS & RETURNS Shortages and packing errors must be reported no later than 24 hours after receipt of shipment, prior to decorating. All return requests must have written authorization from our credit manager and referenced by an invoice prior to approval. A 25% restocking charge will apply to all returns and refused shipments. Returned goods must be shipped with all proper documentation and with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package, within seven days of issuance. All returns must be shipped by prepaid ground freight; collect and air shipments will not be accepted. We are unable to accept the return of goods that have been private labeled, decorated and/or altered. It is the customer s responsibility to inspect all merchandise for correct style, colour and size prior to decorating or altering in any way. Samples and discontinued items are non-returnable.
