5 LiLiÓ is a rebel; someone who breaks the rules. Be true to yourself and never forget you re free to make your own choices : that s her motto. She s that family member who carves out her own path in life, leaving behind the comfort of the known to search for an identity all of her own. LiLiÓ is all about looking ahead, without forgetting that your past is what made you who you are. LiLiÓ originated from a small town. From a very young age, she knew her personality was just a touch too colorful for her Lilliputian surroundings, and her pulse quickened at the thought of what living in a big city could bring. As soon as she turned 18, LiLiÓ found her way to the cobbled streets of Amsterdam, and made it her home. She aspired to be an artist, a creator, and the city gave her all the tools she needed to fulfill that aspiration. LiLiÓ moved into an imposing canal house a centuries-old work of art and her extravagant landlady took LiLiÓ under her wing, introducing her to the local art scene. Within the hustle and bustle of city life, LiLiÓ found peace in being herself; no longer did she have to conform so as to fit in with her siblings. Instead, she created a new family, where she was valued in her own right. LiLiÓ found an old attic to convert into her very own workspace an amazing room with large windows, full of light and character. She called it her Laboratory of Color, transforming the space into a HER STORY... vibrant melting pot where creative minds came together to celebrate, create and inspire each other. These days, LiLiÓ is a fashion accessory brand, situated in the cutting-edge, cosmopolitan city of Amsterdam. The ever-visible and tangible history of the brand s surroundings remains an endless source of inspiration, and the Laboratory of Color the ever-faithful backdrop from where new rules for color, print, and design are created. We are characterized by a marriage of old and new, by countless cultural influences, and by unique individual signatures that all bring their own sugar-and-spice into an exciting, all-things-nice mix of print and design. We bring the printed accessory to a new generation of rule breakers. And we do so with ease and style. Just like their namesake the small-town girl who found her place in the cosmopolis each LiLiÓ piece is fearless, colorful, and radiates practical elegance. 6 6 jubilee The inner city of Amsterdam consists of interconnecting brick facades. Together, they create a maze of architectural beauty. More than once, you ll find yourself wondering where you are, only to be reminded by the unique designs of some of the more extravagant buildings. One of LiLiÓ s favorites is a Jugendstil building on the Herengracht: an almost fairytale-like place. It is as if the architect did not plan, measure and draw the building, but simply guided an organic process of steel and marble growing into expressive plant-like forms. It s the source of inspiration for our Jubilee artwork.

The bags are featured with a soft-touch PVC backing that secures its shape and structure. The trimmings are made out of a faux leather material. The items come in three seperate colorways, each with complementing colors of trimmings and webbings. The folding bags come in a rip stop polyester. 16 16 castle flower Chinese peonies, Mediterranean Carnations, and delicate Anemones. The beauty and color motivated the 19th century travelers to bring the exotic flora, from the faraway places of the world, back home. It inspired many artists, of which Van Gogh is a prime example, to create the most wonderful floral artworks. The museum in his name, located in the imposing museum district of Amsterdam, still holds countless examples of his floral inspirations, crafted in an ever so subtle manner and in the richests of color pallets. The Castle Flower artwork, created by one of LiLiÓ s own artists, is created in his honor.

24 jelly blossom Amsterdam has a deep connection with the sea and water. It flows through its very veins; in the famous canals of Amsterdam. The city is actually built on the riverbed itself, and directly connected to the seas around it. The sea brings trade, merchants, and countless of ships from oversea worlds, carrying the tokens of far away places. Even more exciting wonders are found in the water itself: plant life and beautiful creatures that seem to come from a different world entirely. The Jelly Blossom artwork is a playful representation of the beauty of the sea, represented through abstract circular patterns and floral shapes. 24
