2 Hidden Valley soaps Hidden Valley Soaps All soaps are hand made from pure vegetable oils - saponified olive, palm, coconut & castor oils. These ingredients produce firm, mild, creamy, moisturizing soaps, with rich lather even in hard water. The different soaps are then crafted with essential oils, extra superfatting oils, herbs, cosmetic grade colours and other ingredients. As well as making good soap at a physical level, we aim to create soap which cleanses and nourishes the human spirit. It s important to us to work with positive energy, maintaining a happy, loving workspace and bringing the best of ourselves to our work/play. Coconut and Lime (green & toasted coconut marbles on white) Fresh, gentle & tropical, with coconut fragrance and lime pure essential oil. 6 Hidden Valley candles Aromatic Paraffin Candles We make our moulded paraffin candles from scratch. They are scented all the way through with pure essential and a few fragrant oils which are specified below. They are made with 20% stearine to handle tropical conditions and are over-dipped in a microcrystalline wax to help hold the shape and to give a glowing effect. They have Cable Beach or Roebuck Bay shell grit adhering to the lower quarter of the candle. The ideal way to burn these candles is in a small bowl or saucer, so there can be no spillage. Remember to remove the label, and for safety never leave candles burning when you sleep or go out. 7 Hidden Valley candles Soy Wax Candles Our soy wax all vegetable container candles are safe, environmentally sustainable and have many other advantages: they burn up to 50% longer than paraffin candles, and spills clean up easily with hot soapy water. We love making them too. Soybeams These are in beautiful safe bulb shaped glass containers with lids in a small and a large size, and have essential oils added at 4%. We finish the bulbs with gift tags and wooden beads on white leather thonging, so they make beautiful gifts. Due to the huge quantities of essential oils bought for soap and candle making, hence our purchasing power, and our minimal packaging policy, it is possible to keep prices fairly low. However, be assured that we are fussy about high quality! For instance, the sandalwood is the best available in Australia. We have made them for the real purists among our customers. Ubtan or herbal powder cleansers, have evolved through our interest in both ancient Aryurvedic beauty care and Western herbs & essential oils. These are carefully blended for the different skin types from very finely ground organic grains with herbs, flowers, spices & essential oils. When mixed to a paste with appropriate liquids, they resemble very fine scrubs, suitable for daily use. 19 Mail order information Policy With your first order, we ask for mailed payment, proof of direct deposit or credit card details with your order. Once bona fides are thus established, you can opt either to continue with credit card payments, or pay for subsequent orders by direct deposit or cheque on receipt of the goods. Orders may be made by phone, fax or . The items will be packed up and sent with the invoice enclosed. We may choose not to send a new order before you have paid for a previous one. We aim to be prompt with our mailouts, unless a product needs to be made, in which case we will notify you. Postage & Packing (user pays) We now use the courier company Australian Air Express. We mostly use 3 kg and 5 kg bags, or multiples of these for bigger orders. These take 2 or 3 days from Broome, depending on your location. We need to put ATL ( Authority to Leave ) stickers on all our bags, so the courier is authorised to leave packages even if nobody is there to collect. If you prefer to avoid possible theft from an unattended home address, use either a PO box address (a notification card will be left in the box) or a work address. Costs to any Australian location are: If your lotion has a screw cap we also supply you with an extra press disc cap to replace it with for easier application.
