17 Spa Etiquette We undertake to provide you with the best possible service to make your time with us enjoyable. Your co-operation is greatly appreciated. Our Spa environment is tranquil and relaxed. Please respect the ME times of other Spa Guests as well as their right to privacy. To maintain this level of tranquility we request that noise levels are kept to a minimum and that your mobile phone remains switched off while in the Spa, during treatments and in the relaxation areas of the spa. Therapists Our therapists are fully trained and qualified professionals in their industry. We are committed to ongoing, continuous training and our therapists attend regular extensive training schedules. Spa Bookings and Payment We welcome day visitors. Pre-booking treatments are essential. To secure your booking, payment of your treatment must be affected before your treatment in order to secure your appointment. You can select to do payment with Credit card or an EFT payment. Our Banking details will be ed to you in order to make payment. We accept all major credit cards and cash. You are required to wear a bathing costume when using the water facilities with respect of hygiene. Nudity is not permitted. Please wear minimum jewelry to Spa Health Conditions Please inform your therapist of any medical condition including disabilities, ailments, allergies, pregnancy, or if you are on any medication. Communicate with your therapist as to your level of comfort and areas in need of attention. Please note that all facilities at The Spa are used at your own risk! Heat treatments are not recommended for clients with high blood pressure, heart conditions and in the event of pregnancy. No children under 16 years of age unless they are booked in for a treatment. A Parental consent form is required to all Spa Guests under the age of 18 and signature will be required.

Locker keys Your valuable items can be locked in a locker. Arrival We kindly request punctuality as late arrivals will result in a reduction in treatment time whilst the full treatment fee will apply We suggest that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment/s to allow you sufficient time to use the spa facilities including the Indoor Pool, Steam Room and Rasul. Alternatively, kindly arrive no less than 15minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time as it is compulsory to fill in a client consultation card. Products Banksia Spa uses the highest quality of skin care range in our Spa services. We encourage continued use of these products at home for optimum results. Products purchased are nonrefundable. Pregnancy There is nothing as beautiful as being an expectant mother. The SPA@BANKSIA, in conjunction with Pevonia, offers a full range of specialised products that are 100% pregnancy safe. Consult with your Spa Care Professional about which treatment is most suitable for you during this exciting time. Cancellation Policies A 24-hour notice period is required for cancellations and rescheduling Spa appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time - the full treatment fee will apply and we reserve the right to charge your credit card accordingly. No-Shows will incur a 100% penalty fee. Meals Spa meals are available on request. Additional charge will apply. Pricing: All pricing is subject to change and without prior notice. All prices are inclusive of 14% vat. Miscellaneous Our Spa is a non-smoking, drug free facility and the consumption of alcohol is prohibited. A gratuity may be left at your discretion.

19 Group Bookings We specialise in spoiling groups at our Spa! In order to ensure your booking is secure, full payment is required for groups of four or more persons. In the unfortunate event that you are unable to meet the appointment, a 5-day notice of cancellation period is standard procedure. Cancellations made less than 5 days after the booking date will incur a fee of 100% of the treatment price. No changes can be made to group bookings on the day as all the necessary preparations will have been done by our Spa Care Professionals to ensure your group booking runs smoothly. Road map
