5 Hi there! My name is Caryna Also known as The Boss, or as my husband puts it, The Bossy One. My skincare journey started when I was 10 years old. I was fascinated with natural skin care. I would mix up my own fresh fruit face masks in our kitchen. As an 11-year-old, I started working for my aunty who had her own hair dressing salon. I would work all weekend to save up enough money to get a facial at the local Ella Bache salon. I would constantly get comments on how beautiful my skin was from my relatives, maybe that is where the desire to look after my skin came from, either way I was hooked. After a brief stint at college studying to become a chef, I went on to study Beauty Therapy. As a child I loved to cook and experiment with recipes, so it was no surprise that the cosmetic chemistry component at beauty school really interested me. I ended up graduating from Elly Lukas college in Melbourne with a Diploma and 3 International accreditations along with a trophy for excellence. I went straight from college to 6-star luxury cruise liners, where I would spend the next 4 years travelling the world, visiting almost 100 different countries on 6 different continents. Between contracts at sea I spent time in Africa as a volunteer. This is where I met my husband Tony. We were building houses in a remote part of Tanzania. Tony is originally from Scotland, he has a beautiful blend of Caribbean and Scottish heritage, with his mother coming from Scotland and his father from Trinidad, it does tend to confuse a lot of people. Over a decade later we now have 3 stunningly gorgeous sons who are just the most perfect little souls this earth has ever seen. I honestly believe it was the universe that bought the two of us together in such unique circumstances, as we are truly the perfect match, he is the ying to my yang. I live a pretty family focused lifestyle here on the Gold Coast. Weekends usually consist of walks around the botanical gardens with our Labrador, Mali. Or finding a trendy café where we can share a beautiful lunch together. When I am in need of some chill time, my go to is Jane the Virgin reruns, I am completely obsessed with this show and have watched every episode like 10 times (probably more by the time you read this). I recently asked my group of friends how they would best describe me and the words that kept coming up consistently were Passionate, Hard Working and Honest. I was really happy with the words they had chosen as those 3 things are at the core of everything I do. My belief is that without honesty we have nothing. Without passion life isn t fulfilling and without hard work, nothing happens. I truly love helping women not only create their own brand, but to be part of helping a woman support and provide for their family really lights me up, it drives me when I am exhausted from looking after my 3 sons, husband, dog and busy business. It gets me up in the morning and its why I started this business in the first place. Caryna xx

I work with women who care about what they are putting on their skin as well as the impact it has on the world around them. I help conscious and creative women design a skin care brand that aligns with their values and vision. OUR Ethics Here at Private Label Skin Care we specialise in manufacturing hand crafted natural and vegan products using artisan techniques. Every ingredient we select, every formula we make, must be 100% cruelty free, contain no animal bi-product, be naturally derived and free of any harsh chemicals. We believe in suppling natural skincare products with sustainable packaging that are both gentle on the environment, so that we can contribute positively to this universe and all of its beautiful creatures.

7 OUR MOST FAQ PLEASE READ Q. What does the pricing listed in this catalogue include? Our pricing includes the label, label application, product and the bottle. The pricing excludes label design, GST and the freight. Q. Is your packaging recyclable? All our packaging is recyclable. The caps and fittings do need to be removed before recycling. Q. Can you source different packaging, or can I supply my own packaging for you to fill? At this stage unfortunately it s a no for both. We have a range of packaging options that suit most tastes. If you had your heart set on specific packaging, then you can buy our products in bulk and repackage yourself. Q. Can you print gold or silver on your labels? No at this stage we don t offer foiling options. We have a CMYK label machine. If you require foiling, you can source your own labels and supply these to us to apply. We can recommend a printing company. Please note there is no discount for supplying your own labels so keep this in mind. Q. Are you Certified Organic? We choose to use certified ingredients where possible, but we are not certified organic. We did investigate becoming certified some time ago, but as the manufacturer we were not able to pass our certification on to our clients. Our clients also needed to become certified separately, so due to the costs involved, we decided against it. Q. Do you export your products overseas? Not at this stage. We are set up to supply Australian businesses only. Q. Do your products come in boxes? No, our products don t include boxes. We have found a few box printing companies that would supply in short run (100 units) but the boxes worked out between $5-$10 each which is just crazy! To get boxes at the standard price of cents you would need to order 10,000 units which is not realistic for small brands. If you have your heart set on boxes, another option is for you to purchase bigger boxes from Pack Queen or Bespoke Packaging for gift sets and put a branded label on them. Q. What is the shelf life of the products? We have an 18-month shelf life on all products except the Masks/Exfoliants and Toners which have a 12 month shelf life. Q. Can you show me some of your brands? Due to confidentiality we cannot disclose any of our brands. We have a mockup brand Bella Botanicals which our designer has created so you can see the label design, product catalogue and website. Please have a look at

8 WAYS TO WORK WITH US We have 3 options available, please select the one that best suits you and your business. Option 1. ALL-INCLUSIVE Purchase a Starter Package. We take care of everything including label design, product images, branded samples (if selected) right up to applying your label. Your product will be delivered straight to your door, ready to be sold. Application process is required. Learn more here. Option 2. BASIC Purchase the retail products only and supply your own label design files. This option allows you to just simply buy the desired retail products straight off the website with no Starter Package. You would need to supply us print ready files (to our requirements) and we will print your labels and apply them. Suitable for start-up brands who want to keep costs down or established brands who already have their own design team. We can supply you with our icons and the blank Indesign files with our label measurements free of charge, so you can create your own design. MOST POPULAR Option 3. DO IT YOURSELF Purchase Bulk Product. This option is labour intensive; however, it allows you to get the product pricing down. You will need to design and print your own labels as well as source and fill into your own packaging. Ideal for brands who want packaging that we don t offer, or for brands wanting to wholesale their products and need the extra profit margin.

21 ROSEHIP CREAM EXFOLIANT An innocent face scrub using only 100% natural physical exfoliants (many big brands use microplastic beads which can cause great damage to sea life and waterways), we ve used Rosehip powder which works to buff away dead skin cells and leave skin supple and soft.
