15 Test report _ Nano emulsifier penetration using Calcein We applied emulsion cream containing calcein (fluorescence) using super high emulsifier on 5-week SD Rat (1g per 1 cm2 ). After time passed, skin penetration of nano emulsion cream containing fluorescence through the fluorescent microscope was as below. 16 Test Result We studied the whitening effects by using 4 different water soluble vitamin C derivatives and selected the material with the best effect as a result. We made cream using the material applying on general and super high pressure emulsifier base. We found the following results; 1. Test on fibroblast proliferation and DOPA oxidation inhibition by using 4 different water soluble vitamin C derivatives Result: 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid was the best. 2. Test of skin penetration using non-nano and nano emulsion using 3-O- Ethyl Ascorbic Acid by using 5-week SD rat Result: High pressure emulsifier base had the best skin penetration 3. Test of skin penetration using Calcein with same condition of no. 2 (check 24 hrs.) Result: High pressure emulsifier base had the best skin penetration
