It is in the interest of the bidders to read all the conditions given below and ensure that these conditions are complied with. ii. 5 iii. CONDITIONS: Quotations must be sent in sealed cover and should be addressed to Sr. Administrative Officer Procurement, Pakistan Nuclear Regulaty Authity, P.O. Box No., Islamabad. The sealed envelope/cover should clearly indicate in bold letters QUOTATION FOR THE SUPPLY OF STATIONARY/SANITARY ITEMS etc. (PNRA-07/- 7). a) Bidders should be registered under Sales Tax and Income Tax Act as per Government policy. b) Quoted price shall be in Pakistan Rupees F.O.R, PNRA Islamabad basis. c) All G.O.P. Taxes shall be deducted as per Government rules. d) Firms/suppliers are required to submit the technical Proposal and Financial Proposal in unified single envelop. e) Single Stage-One Envelope procedure will be followed and accdingly evaluation will be made on lowest evaluated bid basis. f) Earnest 2% of the total price of the offer in the shape of pay der/bank draft in fav of Seni Account Officer, PNRA Islamabad should be attached with the quotation. Quotations without earnest money will summarily be rejected. g) The quotations must be valid f acceptance f at least fty-five (45) days from the date of opening of the tender. h) The items supplied shall be brand new. Firms/suppliers are required to state clearly make, model no, manufacturer s name and country of igin; otherwise their offer shall be igned. i) The bidders should submit evidence of their ability to provide after sales service. Documentary proof of having supplied similar items to large national ganizations will be an asset. j) The Samples of Stationary/Sanitary items need to be approved from this authity befe final delivery. k) Incomplete and Conditional quotations will be rejected outright. l) Prices quoted should be f delivery at our offices in Islamabad. Final inspection will be made upon receipt of finished goods at PNRA, Islamabad. m) The successful bidder shall have to supply the items within thirty () days of the issue of supply der. n) In case the item is not supplied within the specified time the item supplied is found to be below specifications the item is found to be used, the purchaser may ffeit the earnest money, cancel the der and purchase the stes from elsewhere. o) The undersigned reserves the right to increase/decrease the quantity accept/reject any all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
