At vielö we believe in an understated approach, going back to basics and focusing on the essentials. To achieve our mission, we have defined vielö core values which are at the heart of our endeavors and demonstrate what we stand for: Quality, Simplicity, Transparency and Sustainability. The result of all our efforts are comprehensible, sustainable and certified organic whey-based skin and body care products, presented with a minimalist design. No pretending, no misleading, no exaggerated and ridiculous advertising promises. The vielö Whey Series meets the strict quality standards for Austrian organic cosmetics. IF ORGANIC IS The vielö Whey Series is a certified organic skin and body care range. Certified Austrian organic cosmetics are even more strictly regulated than natural cosmetics. Thus we guarantee the highest organic quality for the sake of our nature. IF YOU WANT TO AVOID POTENTIALLY HARMFUL INGREDIENTS. Terms such as natural or organic are not protected or uniformly regulated within Europe. This leads to the phenomenon of "greenwashing" and misleads consumers. With the strict standards for Austrian organic cosmetics, Austria has assumed a pioneering role with regard to the criteria of quality and transparency. This is one of the reasons why we trust in certified organic cosmetics. IF COMPREHENSIBILITY IS No pretending. No misleading. Instead, we try to make all formulations transparent and comprehensible for everyone. In support of this approach, we explain the use and desired effect of each individual ingredient on our website. For us provenance plays an important role, so we work primarily with local partners whose professional expertise and human quality absolutely convince us. Our products are not flown halfway around the globe before they land on the shelf just to minimize production costs, instead they are "designed, developed and made in Austria". IF THE FINE PRINT IS We believe it is more transparent for a state-authorized body to audit our legally required product quality for Austrian organic cosmetics than to make use of a popular seal from a private association that can set its own rules and quality standards. The cosmetics industry can be very complex and confusing. However, we do not believe in artificial complexity that confuses consumers. Instead, we believe in sophisticated simplicity and rely on honest and authentic products. We believe the cosmetics industry is in dire need of a new and more sustainable approach promoting a more responsible and conscious use of our existing natural resources.

We have consciously opted for the strict standards for certified Austrian organic cosmetics (Austria Bio Garantie) in order to offer highest quality and at the same time greater transparency and better comprehensibility. All our ingredients therefore meet the strict requirements of Austrian organic cosmetics. All our products are made from high quality ingredients. We believe in authentic and honest products and ingredients that are absolutely harmless, undisputed and consistently very well rated. This ensures that our skin is never exposed to potentially harmful ingredients and avoids "ideological" and scientific debates about the safety of our ingredients.

6 SUSTAINABILITY. SURPRISINGLY SUSTAINABLE. Sustainability plays an important role for us, above all because we are inspired by the ideas of the circular economy. Circular economy means that new, sustainable and high-quality products are created from our already existing natural resources. In our case, liquid organic whey, a by-product of cheese production, is processed as our main ingredient and used to develop sustainable skin and body care products. SUSTAINABILITY SIMPLICITY. SOPHISTICATED SIMPLE. Life (and especially the cosmetics industry) is complicated enough. We want to offer a little more clarity and make daily skin care a more natural, simple and soothing experience. YES to scientific findings and research cooperations and NO to artificial complexity, which simply overwhelms consumers and does not allow them to make objective purchase decisions. We are convinced that natural and organic cosmetic products do not always have to look like "stereotypical" organic products. Therefore, simplicity is not only reflected in all our formulations, but also plays an essential role in the entire brand experience, from our website to our product packaging. At vielö we are committed to a responsible use of existing resources without compromising quality. Through our local cooperations we accept higher costs, but at the same time we avoid unnecessarily long supply chains harming our environment and conflicting with our vielö values and principles. At the same time we are reducing our ecological footprint. We are aware that our contribution to making the cosmetics industry more sustainable is a very small one, but every big movement starts with small initiatives. 11

7 TRANSPARENCY. REFRESHINGLY TRANSPARENT. No exaggerated advertising promises. No misleading. No pretending. No greenwashing. No hidden or surprising ingredients and chemicals. Our ingredients and products are audited by a state-authorized independent body (Austria Bio Garantie) for compliance with the guidelines for organic cosmetics. All our ingredients have a specific purpose. We simply want our customers to understand our vielö formulations as well as the ingredients used in our products. This enables our customers to make a conscious and informed purchase decision without having to consult a dermatologist or chemist for advice. 13

8 OUR INGREDIENTS 14 Natural, organic, vegan, clean, fresh, non-toxic. If you sometimes get confused by cosmetics advertising, then we understand why. We at vielö would like to change this. We have therefore committed ourselves to the greatest possible transparency and comprehensibility and opted for the strict and transparent quality standards for certified Austrian organic cosmetics (not to be confused with natural cosmetics!). This means all our ingredients also meet these requirements and are perfectly suited for the use in skin and body care. blind eye to scientific findings and new active ingredients. Just as important as the ingredients we use are the ones we consciously avoid. We have therefore designed a "NO" seal illustrating more clearly what will never end up in our vielö formulations. Tradition meets modernity. Both can be found in our formulations. This is why we rely on traditional active ingredients such as our organic whey, but at the same time we do not turn a

10 WHEY 19 Whey is perfectly suited to skin and hair care. This is partly due to the lactic acid it contains, which has the same structure as the one formed in the body. Whey has a positive effect on the acid mantle of the skin and helps to care for and regenerate especially dry and sensitive skin. That s why whey is often linked with relaxing and soothing baths. Whey has a long tradition in skin care and people often associate it with the famously beautiful Queen Cleopatra of ancient Egypt who was known to treat her skin with milk baths. It also regulates the ph value of the skin. Containing lactic acid, lactose, calcium, vitamin B, iron, protein, potassium and phosphorus, whey is a "multi-talent" for skin and hair care and for us the ideal main ingredient for our sustainable and organic skin and body care line, the Whey Series.

11 PURE.WELLBEING THE SCENT EXP LO RE 21 In cooperation with the renowned perfumer Yogesh Kumar, we immersed ourselves in the world of fragrances and were blown away by his wealth of olfactory experience. In a month-long process we have developed a scent that is specifically tailored to the vielö Whey Series. This scent is based exclusively on carefully selected organic essential oils that blend together to create a new sensory experience without covering the natural scent of our main ingredients. The result is EXPLORE. A unique scent that activates emotions and invites you to embrace the moment.

12 DESIGN We love minimalist yet practical design. We believe that good design can activate the senses For us, design is also an opportunity to convey our philosophy and values and to demonstrate what we stand for. With our unisex products we also want to root beautiful design in everyday life. We believe that organic skin and body care products do not necessarily have to look like stereotypical organic skin care with bright colours and floral images. Instead we want to show it harmonises beautifully with clear and minimalist design. Whether in a chic apartment, casual boutique hotel, elegant country house, designer loft, modern spa, trendy hair salon or hip restaurant, vielö products leave an impression and can easily be integrated into the respective environment thanks to its simple aesthetic and understated elegance.
