PRATICAL INFORMATIONS BOOKING Book your treatments at the same time as you reserve your accommodation or during your stay, either directly with Ô Pure Spa. Access to Ô Pure Spa is for adults only or children over 14 accompanied by a parent, on an appointment basis, but is also open to non-resident guests. Access to the Aqua Relaxation Area is included before a treatment of at least 60 min. An extra charge is payable in all other instances. TREATMENTS Beauty treatments are for named individuals and are for adults only, provided there is no medical reason why they should not have such treatments. Please make sure you arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your appointment time to help us keep our beauty treatments on time. The treatment time given shows the duration of the actual treatment including roughly 10 minutes of extra time added for getting settled in the treatment room and advice. For a treatment shown as 30m, 60m or 90m etc. the actual treatment time is 20m, 50m and 80m. JUNIOR TREATMENTS Junior Spa treatments, DUO Parent / Teen and PURE ACCESS FAMILY from 14 years old. Upon reservation. Towels may only be used within the confines of the Ô Pure Spa. A swimsuit must be worn in the Aqua Relaxation Area (sold on site). PAYMENT Services should be paid for at the time of booking. If appointments are cancelled without providing medical evidence or an appointment is changed without giving 24 hours notice, the booked treatment or Pure Access will not be refunded or rebooked and will be totally invoiced accordingly. SECURITY We recommend that jewellery and mobile phones are left in your apartment to ensure peace of mind. The Management does not accept any responsibility for personal effects placed in lockers or left in Ô Pure Spa. Treatment details and Italian selection of treatments available from Reception. SPECIFIC CONDITIONS In accordance with the law of 5/07/1996, the term massage signifies any techniques given by well-being masseurs of beauticians for purely aesthetic and comfort grounds and excludes all therapeutic and medical aims. Bundles, Spa Journeys and Pure Access are for named individuals and are not transferable. They are for adults only and subject to appointments according to availability. Valid during period. Aquarelaxation Area: access to the relaxation pool, sauna, hammam, relaxation area and tea room (according to site facilities) Robe, flip-flops and towels provided for use during your stay. Swimsuit must be worn. Duration: 60 min before 5 pm - 45 min after 5 pm - Adults only - providing there are no medical reasons why you should not use the sauna or hammam. Appointments required.
