4 Chronological history Med Beauty AG was founded in 1991 by the well-known dermatologist Dr. med.harald Gerny with its base in Zurich. The subsidiary Med Beauty Fachkosmetik Vertriebs GmbH was founded in 1995 and is based in Koblenz, Germany. Med Beauty distribution for Austria based in Graz and Med Beauty distribution for Russia Dell'Arte based in Moscow were added in The Swiss company head quarters moved to larger premises in Feusisberg in At the same time the company name was changed to Med Beauty Swiss AG. In 2008, the Med Beauty Asia Pacific subsidiary was founded in Malaysia Re-organisation of sales in Germany with the company head office being moved to Weil am Rhein in , Med Beauty distribution for Slovenia, Serbia and Croatia In 2010/2011, re-organisation of sales in Austria by setting up own GmbH / necessary move of German subsidiary / Med Beauty distribution for Spain / start of distribution in the U.S.A.
