3 Safety A AROMATICALLY T TOPICALLY I Place a drop in palms & inhale Add oil to a batch of laundry or to dryer sheets Use as a household cleaner Add to diffuser to boost mood, cleanse air & provide respiratory support INTERNALLY Add desired oils into empty gel cap Place under your tongue or gargle Add to a glass of water - Use glass or stainless steel Usage Apply 1-2 drops localized area or bottoms of feet, wrists, or back of neck Use Fractionated coconut oil to help oils absorb into skin & prevent any skin sensitivities Follow dilution chart for kids Add 2 drops to a bath Avoid UV rays for up to 12 hours after applying citrus oils. It s always advisable to use several small doses throughout the day rather than a single large dose. Start with the lowest possible dose (1 2 drops) and skin patch for sensitivity. Because every individual is unique, the dose will vary for each individual based on size, age, and overall health status.

IMMUNITY BOMB ADULTS: When you feel the first sign of a cold or flu add these oils to an empty size 00 gel cap and take internally. You can take these every 3-4 hours. 2 drops Oregano (oregano can only be taken 10 days max - antibiotic) 2 drops On Guard, 2 drops Melaleuca, 4 drops Lemon, 2 drops Frankincense. If you don t have a gel cap, just rub on feet. IMMUNITY BOMB KIDS: Put 1 drop of each, oregano, Melaleuca and On Guard essential oil blend on their feet every 3-4 hours. OR in 10ml (1/3oz) glass rollerball. 2-5 drops Lemon, 2-5 Melaleuca 2-5 Oregano, 2-5 On Guard, fill remaining with carrier oil. Check out dilution guide for more exact amounts. TOOTH ACHE Apply Melaleuca, Frankincense or On Guard directly to affected tooth or gums. STOMACHACHE or NAUSEA Rub Digetzen or Peppermint on stomach clockwise SCARS Layer Lavender cover with Frankincense EARACHE Melaleuca & Lavender (add Basil if have) behind ears (every 4-6 hours) SORE THROAT Lemon, honey, On guard, peppermint (put in spoon) OR on guard under tongue OR gargle On Guard. Can add eucalyptus too. BREATHE EASY SINUS OPENER Heat a cup of water and inhale steam: 1 drop of each: Peppermint, Melaleuca, Lemon, Oregeno OR 2 drops of each: Peppermint, Frankincense, Lavender rub on sinuses, behind ears, neck and forehead. Close eyes. PIMPLES OR ACNE Melaleuca or Purify. HD Clear Face Line. ALLERGIES Take 1 drop of each of Lavender, Lemon and Peppermint internally in a glass of water or rub all three on back of neck. Repeat as often as every 20 minutes. You can also try Breathe rubbed on your chest. COUGHING Kids: Breathe to bottoms of feet and/or chest. Adults: One tbsp of honey and add one drop each of Lemon, Peppermint, Frankincense and Wild Orange. Ingest straight or add to tea. If kids will tolerate ingesting, honey and lemon or any of above oils (not Breath). You can also use Breathe Easy Sinus Opener recipe, heat a cup of water and inhale steam: 1 drop of each: Peppermint, Melaleuca, Lemon, Oregeno SLEEP & RELAXATION Lavender behind ears, neck, feet (bottom of big toe). Other calming are oils, Serenity, Balance, Vetiver & Cedarwood. For sleep take Serenity Oil with Serenity Restful Complex Softgels

5 Top 10 Oils - Recipes The options are endless now that you have your starter kit! Here are a few of our favorite recipes that you can make with the Top 10 oils: Sinus Support Steam Cup: 1 drop lemon 1 drop peppermint 1 drop oregano 1 drop melaleuca Boil water and place in a cup or bowl, drop each oil into the hot water and inhale the steam and aroma from the oils. When the water cools, place in your diffuser for continued benefits. Yoga Mat Cleaning Spray: 1/4 cup & 2 tblsp. distilled water 2 tblsp. alcohol-free witch hazel or white vinegar 5 drops Lavender essential oil 3 drops Melaleuca essential oil 4 ounce Glass spray bottle Combine all ingredients into glass spray bottle. Shake until combined. To use, spray on mat and wipe dry with towel. Not all yoga mats are created equally. Spray a test patch first before using. Epsom Salt Bath Soak 1/2 Cup Epsom Salt 1/2 Cup Baking Soda 10 drops of your favorite essential oil Mason Jar Combine. Store in a sealed mason jar, sprinkle a few tablespoons into your bath to relax and reduce inflammation. Sleep Blend & Radiant Skin Blend 6 drops Lavender 6 drops Frankincense Fill remainder of 10ml rollerball with FCO Sleep : Apply to bottoms of the feet, over your heart and along the spine. Can also diffuse both or just lavender. This is for ages 1 and older, for younger than 1, just do 4 drops total. Skin: Apply to a clean face as part of your nightly routine. Head & Muscle Tension: 7 drops Lavender 8 drops Peppermint Fill remainder of 10ml rollerball with FCO For ages 1 and older. Breakouts, Skin Irritation &"Owie" Blend: 5-10 drops Lavender 5-10 drops Melaleuca 5-10 drops Frankincense Fill the remainder with FCO Roll on clean hands first, then apply to area of need. Everyday Immunity: drops of On Guard Fill the remainder with FCO Roll on bottoms of feet daily.

6 Top 10 Oils - Diffuser Recipes Diffuse any of the following oils from your kit and enjoy the benefits. How many oil drops you use is a preference, most people do anywhere from 5-8 and adjust according to the size of the diffuser (depends on how much water the diffuser holds) and the preferred strength of the aroma. Clean your diffuser once a week by wiping it with alcohol and once a month running it with white vinegar and water for minutes. 7 Cleaning Naturally with Essential Oils Tub and Sink Scrub -1 cup baking soda -1 cup borax -20 drops melaleuca -20 drops eucalyptus Mix that and store it in an airtight container. When you re ready to clean sprinkle it into your tub and shower, pour in 1/2 cup vinegar to coat the solution. Then simply scrub. You will be amazed how wonderful it is at taking out stains and really cleaning your tub or sink! After Shower Spray -4 oz spray bottle -15 drops eucalyptus -15 drops melaleuca -Fill with water Shake and spray down your shower after each use. Air Freshener -4 oz glass spray bottle -15 drops Purify -10 drops wild orange -Fill with water Shake and spray It s just that easy! All Purpose Cleaner -8 oz spray bottle -1 tsp On Guard Concentrate Cleaner -Fill with Water Shake before using Spray surface and wipe clean Fruit and Veggie Soak -Fill your sink with water -Add 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar -10 drops of lemon essential oil Soak for a few minutes, rinse with cold water, let dry and Enjoy! Non-Toxic Laundry Washer: Use doterra s all natural laundry soap and if the clothes are really dirty add a tbsp of borax and that does the trick. Dryer: Use wool dryer balls and add a drop of purify with another essential to it and my laundry comes out clean and smelling amazing. For sheets and towels add a drop of lavender for its calming benefits. For clothes add a drop of Wild Orange for it s uplifting benefits. No Scrub Toilet Bowl Cleaner -Combine all ingredients in a bowl -1 cup borax -1 cup vinegar -5 drops lavender essential oil -5 drops lemon essential oil Pour into the toilet bowl and allow it to sit overnight or while you re out at work, and when you wake up or when you get home, flush! Quick Toilet Bowl Cleaner Combine all ingredients in a bowl -1/2 cup baking soda -1/2 cup Vinegar -3 drops lemon -3 drops melaleuca Pour into the toilet bowl and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes. Using a toilet brush gently scrub the toilet. Mopping Solution -Add warm water to your sink or a bucket -1-2 tbsp of concentrate cleaner -3-4 drops of lemon essential oil Mop away!
