10 Encapsulates Pallinos Series Encapsulates are CMC-based delivery systems useful for aesthetics, delivering actives, and for incorporating ingredients that are typically difficult to solubilize. Beads are hard and free-flowing in process and swell in the free water of the formula. In anhydrous products the beads will typically remain hard.
