If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product supplied by Caring Clothing please return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method. If you are returning items because you have changed your mind, the return shipping fees will be at your cost. However, if the item you have received is faulty, or different to what was described please call and we will cover the return shipping costs. How to return: You can return within 30 days of receipt of order. The items must be in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached. You should allow 15 working days for your return to be dispatched. Note: Unfortunately, your postage charges on the original order are not refundable.
