2 Skincare Group Presentation SET UP: Set-up your: products in three groups (if possible) - skincare, facial treatment products and basic makeup (as per PC Pack options), clipboards (with client care form / wishlist), headbands, pen, mirror. Set up your workstation: catalogues, PC packs, visual aids/script, disposable applicators for make up, small spray bottle filled with water and some Fibrella cloths/face washer (for handcials) Set up bathroom: fibrella cloths/face washers, Cleanser (Calm and RE9), eye make up remover and cotton wool rounds Set-up your checkout station: order book/forms, curiosity packs, host packs, calendar, catalogues, calculator, pen). AS GUESTS ARRIVE: Greet Each Guest (try to remember their name as it is excellent for building rapport) Ask them lots of questions (see xx for example questions you can ask) including: How do you know the host? What do you do (work)? How long have you worked at xx? You must be really passionate about what you do? Do you love what you do? Do you have kids? How old? Names? What does your partner do? be helpful to the host (eg ask if they need a hand serving drinks, getting the door as guests arrive).

All the models in our catalogue are Arbonne Consultants and their families. So it is more about what is not in our products than what is in our products that is our key point of difference. What is not in our products are things like (call out 3-4 of their personal favourites off the visual aid) Mention 1300 ingredients banned for use in personal care products in the EU while less than 15 are banned in Australia and the US. Explain if products are manufactured in China & ingredient cannot be sourced, they are permitted to substitute it but not list replacement!!!! Explain if the cells are not turned over, as we age the collagen and elastin production slows down so skin gets thinner, fine lines and wrinkles appear and become deeper and our skin gets drier. Arbonne products are designed to continue to turn the cells over and maintain the skins natural elasticity, texture and tone. Confirm products actually do what they say they are going to do. 16 CLIENT CARE FORM Get clients to fill out first section (to the first dark bolded line). Before I take each of you into the bathroom to cleanse your face, I have two questions for you to answer 1. Firstly, how has your face changed in the last 5-10 years? (expect responses like, more lines/wrinkles, dehydrated, larger pores, increased pigmentation and link back to the products we will be using to get their desired result) 2. Secondly does anyone have what you would consider sensitive skin? (if yes) What do you mean when you say sensitive? (Redness, dryness, breakouts is not sensitive and they should be fine using the RE9 range). If the client has rosacea or dermatitis then consider using RE9 and prepping them for the experience of what might happen as per the below or simply use Calm range). Explain what they might expect - mild tingling, warmth on their skin or a flushed pink/red complexion is a normal response. Confirm if tingling switches to a stinging or burning sensation (and it will be fairly immediate) then let you know and explain there is nothing wrong with the products or skin, it is just that the skincare was too active for their skin type. Confirm the guests can write their colour matches for makeup and there is a section to circle favourite products by category. Confirm the wishlist isn t an order form! The biggest problem most people have when they come and learn at these events, is they want everything! You ll be very pleasantly surprised how affordable Arbonne is, even though we have very high end formulations based on European Standards. So lets begin! You are now going to experience our daily routine - which is a simple, smart 5 step system for morning and night. You will also experience some of our treatment products - without the need for expensive facials or knives!

18 RE9 ANTI-AGING SKINCARE ROUTINE Take guests 1:1 into bathroom with their clipboard and headband. Complete the second section with them and get to know them better - ask them some further questions about themselves e.g. what do they do, do they have kids, how do they know the host. Confirm with client if skin sensitivities and choose RE9 or Calm if more appropriate. Eye Make Up Remover RE9 - STEP 1 RE9 Soothing facial cleanser Whether you like a creamy or foaming cleanser, this ticks both the boxes. It contains plant derived moisturising agents so it wont strip your skin of its natural oils or dehydrate them. I love it because it is really easy to rinse off and removes all my make up! ASK: How does this feel in comparison to other cleansers you have used before? TIP: If guest has fine skin and wears no makeup they may only need to cleanse once a day at night time. Get the next person in and repeat until all guests have washed their face. RE9 - STEP 2 Genius Resurfacing Pads Remind guests that as this is a topical exfoliant (works like Pacmen), so make sure they wear a good quality sunscreen product the next day especially if summertime. Amazing for minimising skin pigmentation and dark spots, reducing break outs, evening out skins surface and texture, reducing scars and of course minimising fine lines and wrinkles. RE9 - STEP 3 Regenerating Toner This product is so much more than just a Toner! It contains Vit B3 (which boosts skin cells immunity and skin cells repair mechanism) as well as Siberian Ginseng which is used to treat stress so if you keep a bottle at your desk it will physically help to calm you down and if you re feeling low, a few spritz s will actually lift your mood! AND it also acts as a fantastic makeup setting spray It is packed full of antioxidants and loaded with Vitamins C and E which regenerate skin tone and firmness. 20 RE9 - STEP 4 Intensive Renewal Serum Powerhouse product and the hero in the daily skincare range and one of the products I get most excited sharing.
