Payment options We offer prepayment plans. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and EFTPOS. Clinic etiquette Appointment arrival Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. What if I am late? If you arrive late for your appointment your session will be reduced accordingly so that you don t inconvenience others. Booking policy A $30 booking deposit is required to secure all appointments. Cancellation policy No-shows and late cancellations enormously disadvantage our business. They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to change your scheduled appointment. If you don t provide us with at least 1 business day s notice, your $30 deposit will be forfeited. Mobile phones Please ensure your mobile devices are on silent throughout your visit to ensure that other client serenity is not disturbed. Children For their safety children under 10 years are not permitted in the laser room at any time, nor can they attend with you for Omnilux LED, CIT treatments or skin assessments. If you are attending for these treatments please understand you cannot leave your children in reception. In the event that you bring children with you to other appointments please be aware that they must be with you throughout the appointment. As many of our clients visit us to relax, please be mindful that if you bring young children they do not disturb others enjoying their treatments.
